I waited on hold for 20-30 min on two different occasions to try to get an appointment for a sick visit and each time all the appointments were taken by the time anyone answered because all the phone calls are now routed through a call center instead of going directly to the practice. I have used this practice for over 25 years with 4 kids and I never thought I would give this practice anything but 5 stars for how wonderful they've always treated my kids, but this change is that bad.
