I came for an MRI, which was located on the first floor. They do have a directory where you can see exactly where you need to go. The receptionist was polite and explained everything in detail. Gave me the paperwork to fill out. As soon as I was done filling out paperwork, they immediately called me back. Had to change into scrubs and then was sent to get the MRI done. I had never gotten one done before, and this was definitely an experience. The tech did take her time and explained the whole process to me. What to expect and what to do. No complaints and everything went very smoothly and efficiently.

If I would rate this Imaging center only on the Ultrasound appointment, it would be a 1 star review. 30 minute delay in the waiting room and rude staff. However, my second visit for the Catscan was a completely different experinece. From check in to post exam the staff and explanation of things was great. So, I figured I'd average the two appointments and give them three stars, but I really think they might be a two. The staff needs to work on being a little more patient with questions, and not so rude, and if they are running 20 - 30 behind I think they should tell patients upfront, as I scheduled this in between meetings, so would have been able to call someone and move things around.

Figured it would just take a couple days of rest, ibuprofen, etc. so just took it easy the rest of the weekend. Woke up on the third morning and it was still hurting pretty severely. Went to OneSpotMD urgent care and had a fantastic experience. Staff was very efficient, the place was clean, I got into the exam area almost immediately, the doctor was professional. They gave me a shot of anti-inflammatories for my back as well as prescription for muscle relaxers, etc. All in all, I was out the door in 30 minutes. Could not have been happier.

They stated my card was declined. Called credit card while on the phone. They stated no charge was submitted by them. I make a $500 (5/22) pmt while on the phone. This is far more than the 12 month pmt plan payment set up. Also fyi the of $500 pmt was with same card the pmt plan was set up with. How funny went through. I stated I wanted to continue with a pmt plan. 7/18 I receive another bill asking for full amt. I call my charge has not been charged. They stated my card was declined. I stated my credit card company said it was not charged. (FYI this card has no balance so there is no reason for it to be declined). I told the women i set up a pmt plan and please charge the card on file. She states there is no card on file anymore. I would have to set up the pmt plan again. I did ! Call on 7/21 pmt will only allow full pmt. I call they stated they would look into it. On 7/23 log on to their pmt portal because my card was not charged. Now the entire account is $0 balance and there is not even an account that shows pmt history or anything . My card was not charged either. i call the billing office they stated maybe it was sent to collections . What!!! Stay away from this company. They want full or no payment up front. They do not do pmt plans. Anyone who needs an MRI or any imaging go elsewhere. Reporting to BBB. Also look at reviews for other offices they are reporting the same fraudulent billing practices. Ive got breast cancer with two young kids. This company should not be allowed to treat their patients like this.

Mandy is very caring and genuine. She takes the time to explain everything in a manner that takes all your worries away. The hormones are awesome. I feel better and have more energy. I once used Dr. Murphy for the pain side. I had some joint pain in my hip. He was able to make the pain go away almost right away, and it has never come back. If you want to be cared for by professionals who really and genuinely care about YOU, then I recommend using Dr Murphy.

The lady explained that their policy was to send off lab to NY for them to supply med's. They wouldn't have called me and apologized if that was what I had expected. My point was that I really didn't want to skip the step of understanding WHAT med's I'd be injected. So, she asked if I could come in the next day--I agreed and missed that appointment due to work conflict. After the feeling that I was just a number and that the meds would be sent to me and I'd bring in---it just didn't set well with me. I have found another place that exudes a more professional in Ballantyne. I hope for anyone that uses them has a much better experience than I did---it just seemed loose and really disconnected for my preference.

We decided to contact Preferred Sleep Solutions after hearing an advertisement on the radio about…read morethem being in network with BCBS. We started this process over 7 months ago and to this day we have had to continue to reach out and find out where we are in the process. They advised us we needed to file primarily with Tricare so we started that process, submitted everything that was required and received an email stating we were ready to go (17th email to be exact) and we had prior authorization, great right? Wrong...Tricare called us to advise us our prior authorization was denied because Dr. Kempter was out of network with Tricare and nothing would be covered. It speaks volumes to be told we were all set by their office and when going back to them with that information they blamed their billing office and then confirmed we were in fact out of network with Tricare. Fast forward to then asking them to file with BCBS (the reason we contacted them in the first place) our secondary insurance to which we get a response back stating "We can try submitting the claim to BCBS however they do not do pre-authorizations for the oral appliance so there would be no pre-approval or guarantee that they would pay. If we did submit the claim to them and they process and pay according to your benefits your out-of-pocket would be around $1960." So there is no guarantee they will pay at all even though they advertise this on the radio. When I called and spoke to BCBS they advised me that they most certainly do complete prior authorizations as this is a medical device. Our out of pocket is only set at 35% and the rest covered, but for some reason this office is going to charge $5600 for this device which is the maximum allowance BCBS allows. After ALL these months we spent trying to work through these issues with this office we are left with no solution. Why someone would pay almost $2,000 out of pocket WITH insurance when we can go to another reputable provider and pay a cash price of $500 less with NO insurance, has left me speechless. We are VERY disappointed with our experience here and the lack of faith in staff. We would absolutely NOT recommend them.

Not just kind of stopped, but completely stopped. 2 years ago I decided to get adult braces and had to go to a CPAP device....it sucks.
