I brought it in for an engine repair, per the computer code, and they said they opened up my engine and looked but couldn't find anything wrong. I shouldn't have trusted them. They charged me $1,500 for fraudulent repairs and returned my car in the same broken state. It then took them 2 weeks to complete the engine work they just told me I didn't need. Lying fraud artists! I tried to get corporate to work with new but they don't care either. Terrible company to do business with. I will never go back. 2023 - All my check engine lights came back on 2-3 weeks after the dealership replaced a cam shaft. I was in Maine on a road trip, so it was stressful and impacted my vacation.

Within a couple of hours they changed out the tire, added brake fluid and fixed something that was recalled. Sent a Lyft to pick me up. Chuck is great to work with. Received text messages along the way to see the progress of my repair. The only downside to service is actually reaching a live person to speak with after going through the automated system and being told the next available appt is 4 days away! It had…read more15,000 miles on it when we bought it, the price changed significantly when we went to pick it up and we were sold some warranty that was an extra $3,000. Short version is the check engine light came on a few weeks later, they wanted to charge $300 to diagnose it and ended up saying it needed a part that was on national back order. Asked about the warranty since we were never given paperwork for that. They say there's no warranty besides the factory warranty so we're responsible unless it's engine or transmission related. Check engine light does not classify as engine apparently. 10 months went by, I finally went in to get a refund for the part and was going to buy it online. Magically it was in stock. They wanted more to install it, so I did it myself. Light came back on and they assured me they did a thorough test. Looked up the code online and multiple people said to check a sensor easily accessed in the back. Wasn't even plugged in. Plugged it in, fixed. You'd think that would have been seen in the thorough inspection and diagnosis. During that time I noticed the hood bubbling. Was told "they all do that". Body shop would not return phone calls and said it's not worth fixing when I finally did talk to someone. Frustrated I called corporate and they told me they don't do much because even though it's covered 7 year 70k warranty for anti rust/corrosion, the dealerships are independently owned and they don't have to fix it by choice. So zero help there. Tried parkway, another dealer off Telegraph, all had the same story. Was about to give up and decided to call Dick Heuvarre. SOO glad we did!! There was a wait but Corey the body shop manager was on top of it. Had us come in to take pictures, set up an appointment a month or so out. Dropped off, gave us a rental in the meantime and end of the week it was like new. The entire experience is what I would expect from any dealership but they not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. We dropped the vehicle off pretty filthy with 2 kids and just returning from a road trip the day before we were on a time crunch to get it there. Everybody and I mean everybody was friendly, punctual, professional, and the grand slam was they even washed the entire vehicle and even cleaned out and vacuumed the whole inside. Like a complete detail. Talk about going the extra mile. There were no surprises except when we picked it up and it was completely clean in and out. Truly exceptional service. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and they definitely have us as customers for life. Thank you so so much everyone! Real review, I purchased a Porsche Panamera which was my dream car. As an out of stater i could not…read morego and see the vehicle but was working with Dave. Dave provided excellent customer service, he responded quickly, professional and wanted to help along the way with transparency. I purchased the vehicle and had a smooth process from start to finish as well as delivery for the vehicle as again, i am an out of state buyer. It arrived as expected but here is the reason for 3 stars. Within 2 miles of driving lightly i went onto the highway first time and immediately had an issue. Miss fires. All-wheel drive system fault, engine control fault and PSM failure (photos to back it up and was sent immediately to Dave). Luckily i was able to return back to home within minutes of this coming on and i knew it was miss firing. When i received contact from Dave i could sense distancing with short answer of "keep me in the loop"... So two days later I towed the vehicle to a specialized Porsche motor group with master techs and they knew from reading the vehicle that miss fire 1 and 8 means that the ignition coils and plugs were bad. This was validated by swapping coils but upon swapping, the condition of the remaining ones were just as bad. A 1600$ bill and the reason for 3 stars, any other dealership that cared would of covered AT LEAST parts and or labor but 8-11 motor covered "the cost of getting it back on the road" which was 300$ (replacing the one coil miss fire cylinder). But any one that has a Porsche knows that you do NOT just replace the one and instead replace them all. A fantastic start to a costly end for this review. IF they covered the cost i would give the company a 5 STAR and even informed Dave of this upcoming review. I was met with "i did not have to pay anything because it was as-is" which was not advertised. So be it, thank you for my dream car and here was an honest review.
