The service wasn't much better than their food now. The staff were fast food lackadaisical in attitude, a far cry from the pleasant, friendly atmosphere they once had. They advertise as being open by 11:00 but the doors were locked until 11:30. Not good, and I should have known the rest of my visit would be just as bad. My last visit will be just that, the last time I go there. What ​was once one of my favorite summertime treats, is now no better than chain cafeteria fare. Shame on you Shaws Ridge for cutting corners and serving this!
