It flew into the woods and he teed up another ball and hit it with his driver. He left the head of the club in the woods but kept the shaft. I went back and got the head and asked did he want it, he said 'no', I don't want to fool with having it fixed. Since last summer, I've talked to several golf shops and pros at courses who do repair about getting it fixed. The conversation usually begins with: 'oh, I dunno, it might cost you a pretty penny'. I've not given up because I need a good 3 wood. Today, I called this shop and spoke to John. He asked some good questions and talked optimistically about the prospect of repair and replace with another shaft at a reasonable price. I took it in today and met with John who gave me a solid assessment and a reasonable estimate on repair PLUS a Senior discount! This is the kind of golf shop I'm willing to drive to from Fort Mill, SC. Great staff, 'can do' attitude and excellent customer service! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I use Dri-tac mid sized grips with one extra wrap on my own clubs. He re-wrapped every grip with extra tape so that every time I swung the club it would feel exactly like mine. We went through that with about 20 different clubs. That attention to detail is something you can't expect, but it makes the entire difference. You will never get that level of detail at a demo day. I walked out of there and I KNEW I had been fit correctly. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

I called early on Wed morning and asked about the SuperStroke Zynergy Pistol. They had it in stock so I when I showed up they were not to busy. I was assisted by Matt Smith who helped me pick out the right size grip, did a quick measure on the club length and said it would be a few minutes. I walked next door to Home Depot for a few minutes and by the time I got back it was all done. I asked Mr Smith about Vet discount, he said "I'm sorry, I apologize we don't have that" He was sincere about it and it wasn't the first time I heard that. It was a great experience and so I recommend these guys once again. You won't be disappointed!

Incredibly, I was advised that trying on different styles is time consuming. Notably, I had a prior history of purchasing running shoes from This location!! I will not return.
