The have everything you might need for golf. They also have golf simulators and they will let you try out clubs. The folks working were very helpful especially for a hack like me as they really helped me pick some golf balls that fit my poor game. While I don't live close to Golfsmith, I will definitely go there again!

Purchased a Cobra DS-Adapt Max K from Pro Am Golf. The driver showed up right away and on time…read more Unfortunately, the third time I used the driver, the shaft snapped on the downswing. I was pretty baffled, I've owned many drivers and never had a shaft snap like that. I called Pro Am and spoke to Rob, and within about two hours Cobra was already sending me a new shaft. I was really impressed with Rob and all of Pro Am Golf. You can't find that level of customer service many places these days. Rob even followed up with me a few days later to let me know the shaft was being delivered the next day and to be on the lookout for it. Really impressed with these guys.

Obviously I had two terrible experiences and didn't want to shop here anymore so I would drive out of my way an go even further to Chesterfield (Amazing store). Today I decided to go to the Manchester location.....and I'm glad I did. I met Dave in the club re-gripping and repair station. A wonderful human being who provided me with exceptional customer service! We talked about grips, what we preferred, what we didn't, and what we felt were a little gimmicky (no shot at anyone who likes a particular thing ). Dave is an outstanding professional with a great personality. Don't sleep on his skills on gripping clubs either. Watching him was a work of art. This is what golf is about, this what the golf community is about. He didn't know my handicap, and he didn't care. He didn't judge me on my clothes, where I was from, he just knew I was there to get some help with something I loved, GOLF!!!! While I waited for my grips I snagged a beautiful pair of footjoys, that hopefully make my feet happy. When I purchased the grips, I lost a 15% discount on a mishap with their online ordering. The young gentleman at the checkout desk helped me get the discount attached and purchase the grips at the price I was promised online. I felt like all the pricing was reasonable, and honestly I can't find it much cheaper anywhere else. They do price match with certain stores if you show them. I can't express how pleased I was to meet Dave and have such a fun time spending money on my biggest hobby. Fun fact, I also found out Dave is a Santa clause!!! An excellent one at that. Nevermind the fact that there was an additional charge at the register that was not told to me until I looked at the itemized receipt....the clubs were still too expensive for what they were. I went on marketplace and found a way, way better golf club set for less than half the price. I returned the clubs and I am in better shape because of it. No need to hit up this place for used sports equipment. Go elsewhere.

Very personable, very knowledgeable, appears to be a GREAT listener (!!!), relays information in usable ways, and doesn't overload you with comments, thoughts, changes. This was my first time meeting / working with Alisha and the experience was very enjoyable. - Alisha started off our assessment asking me a host of questions, which was refreshing. She asked questions covering my golf experience, my background with golf (and other sports), my goal(s), my golf frequency, why I was there, etc. It was a wonderful way for us to get to know each other. Off to a good start! - Alisha watched me warm up then hit some balls. Good conversation along the way, a couple of "atta boys" during the warmup and swings. Then the fun began. Alisha video'ed me swinging and pointed out some areas we were going to work on. All which was explained in very understandable terms. - Then 3 drills to help a couple of key areas, which I practiced while she observed...extremely helpful and something I could continue to work on. - We talked about next steps, which Alisha left totally up to me...no pressure, no "sign up now" focus. I probably left out something along the way but my assessment was well worth the investment. Alisha seems like an incredible instructor and I'd highly recommend her. I'll be working on the "homework" Alisha gave me then looking to book more time with her.

I recently purchased a lesson with Maria for my son and girlfriend. When they got home they…read morecouldn't stop talking about how enjoyable it was for a few reasons. First was how she improved their swings, and second was how comfortable Maria made them feel. In fact they are already making plans for their next lesson when they come back to town. (They live out of state). Both enjoyed their video playback and were surprised how well their swings improved after just a few pointers from Maria. They are looking forward to continued progress. To summarize, they loved Maria's teaching techniques and her encouraging personality.
