I was able to find items on sale with price clearly marked. There was only one assistant in the shoes section the last few times I stopped in and I usually see a customer or two waiting to be served. The check-out line on the other hand is getting better. I no longer have to print out the coupon sheet as I used too. The clerk can scan the barcode on my phone and it works for all items that are on sale that day. Too bad their system only allows one coupon per transaction which is intentional I'm sure.

This wasn't a casual Tuesday afternoon booking. It was a milestone birthday with guests who had made plans to attend. Four hours is nowhere near enough time to scramble for an alternative, and the fact that an entire company's ability to operate hinges on a single technician with no contingency plan is unacceptable. If you can't guarantee reliability for events that people are counting on, you shouldn't be in the events business. Even though they refunded my money back, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your golf simulator rental needs.

My son uses them now as I have granite Wilson's now with a Warrior 2 wood with a granite driver shaft & a Warrior 5 hybrid in my bag. I personally loved my Warriors for my 2 Championships, a second and a top 5 finish in Seniors!!! How many of us can make a claim like that? My appointment was at 12:15 Thursday at the LW driving range. My game needs help my clubs are 20 yrs old. My appointment was with Jonathan Huerta lead experiential representative with TM. Jonathan was set up with all the latest TM has to offer. I started with hitting the driver and all the woods we tried several different shaft and heads combinations Jonathan was friendly very knowledgeable patient and a pleasure. We moved to the irons and covered most all of them shafts, heads ball speed distance I bet I hit over 120 balls. The LW driving range was a perfect venue Attendants checked on us regularly keeping us supplied with all the balls, whatever we required. My 75 minutes session was outstanding.. I'll get Jonathan's recommendations emailed to me. I was hitting the ball much better with the TM equipment and Jonathan's expertise. The person who greeted us immediately said, "Oh, finally you guys are here," which was an unnecessary and rude way to speak to paying customers who had a scheduled tee time. Then, when we went to check in, he told us that he didn't see any reservation for us and continued insisting that our tee time wasn't there, even though we knew we had booked it. Once he actually clicked on the 5:30 time slot, our reservation suddenly appeared. Instead of simply checking properly from the beginning, it felt like he was trying to convince us that we were wrong and didn't have a reservation. It didn't stop there. Before we had even teed off on the first hole, a couple of teenage employees drove by in a golf cart and told us, "Make sure you have the golf carts in by 7 PM." Our tee time was at 5:30 PM, and the course doesn't close until 8 PM. We had barely even started playing and already felt like employees were rushing us to leave. For a group paying around $100 to play golf, this was extremely disappointing. We came to enjoy an afternoon of golf, not to feel unwelcome, rushed, or like we were inconveniencing the employees simply by being there. If the course offers a 5:30 PM tee time, customers booking that time should be treated with the same respect as anyone else and should be clearly informed of any cart-return restrictions before paying. The course itself may be enjoyable, but the customer service during our visit seriously took away from the experience. We definitely expected better treatment for what we paid.
