I can definitely say that I am a significantly better golfer that I was when I first started. Coach Griff was able to dissect my swing and make the necessary adjustments to show direct improvements on the course. The entire staff at Golftec is super friendly and welcoming! I always felt like a student of the game when I was there and never felt like just a customer. They really utilize the technology to offer you the most you can get for your buck. From the start, the fitter took time to understand my current setup, typical ball flight, and what I was hoping to improve. Instead of rushing into swinging clubs, we talked through my strengths, weaknesses, and playing habits. The fitting itself was very detailed. Using launch monitor data, we tested several different club heads and shaft combinations. I was able to see real numbers like ball speed, spin rate, and launch angle. Doug explained everything clearly and adjusted clubs throughout the session so we could dial in the best combination. I am excited to get the new clubs out on the course and play!

Only issues were overall wetness (due to rain previous days) and couple fairways had deep trenches dug out (possibly to address drainage?) but never affected any of my shots. Greens could've also been a bit faster. Besides my putter letting me down, played well, and hope to return when it gets warmer. They allowed me to walk using my push cart and was charged $63 for the round and $7 for medium bucket or range balls.

The indoor videos and swingTRU study give me a great insight into my dynamic swing with real numbers in degrees to work on, such as shoulder tilt and turn. The coaches take time to focus on your individual swing, not just "keep your head down" you hear around driving ranges. They really care if you succeed. They also have a partnership at a great local country club for outdoor playing lessons and course management. These lessons resulted in me shooting my first under-par 9 holes, and winning my yearly buddies trip. If you're serious about improving your whole game, check these guys out. They're the real deal.

When my clubs came they delivered them to me. You can tell this is a place that values the customer as the customer service was awesome. I asked that a club they reshafted for me be extended 1/2" bc I believe the rep wrote down the wrong length on the work order (honest mistake), the employee treated me like absolute dirt and said "I assume you don't want to be charged anything for that too, correct?." It was an easy fix that would have cost them nothing other than 15 mins of a club tech's time. Been here probably 300 times - won't be returning. And I doubt they care. He was so rude and condescending.
