And reviewing others who have been fitted for drivers with other companies, still feel like the $1000 was on the high-side of everybody else. He was very professional and at the end, I believe to have found my next driver! The session last 45-minutes, which was more than plenty! For years, my family, friends, and I have been fiercely loyal to Dick's Sporting Goods. Whenever it came to sports items or fishing gear, I never even bothered checking other websites or competitors; I always went straight to Dick's and proudly recommended them to everyone. That loyalty ends today. Last night, I went to return a pair of shoes. Yes, it was past the 90-day window, but the shoes were completely unworn with the tags still attached. Any reputable store would, at the very least, offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, Dick's policy is to buy it back at the lowest possible selling price, which feels like a complete rip-off and a scam to steal customers' money. To make matters worse, the store manager's behavior was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Shocked by this treatment, I called their Customer Service line, expecting them to de-escalate the situation or at least apologize for the manager's misbehavior. Instead, the representative was completely useless. They didn't even care to ask which specific store location this happened at, offered zero help, and didn't even bother to apologize. This is, hands down, the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life in the United States. The silver lining? I also bought two pairs of shoes directly from the brand "On" last night. Due to this awful experience, I am returning the shoes I bought at Dick's, and I contacted "On's" customer service instead. "On" handled my situation beautifully, professionally, and resolved my issue with ease. My advice to everyone: If you want to buy sports gear, go directly to the brand's own website or store. Dick's doesn't give you any special discounts, their return policy for unworn items is a joke, and they treat loyal customers like garbage. I will never step foot in a Dick's Sporting Goods store again, and they have permanently lost my business.

There could be more seating area, as it was super limited, and there are various cashier points around the store for an easier checkout. My friend hit his ball into the mud by the water and so many leeches were everywhere. In my experience, the first bay has a lot of trouble reading club data even after applying the stickers to the face. As soon as I went down in loft from my wedges, that data was never picked up. In the third bay, however, it read that data around 80% of the time with stickers. The third bay is closer to the window, so I think the natural light helps the camera pick up the clubhead better. The second bay is the one that James has been using for club fitting and lessons. They use Trackman there. The 4th bay is also GC3 as well, but I haven't hit in that spot yet. Golf balls are tour balls, but are a little beat up. I suggest bringing in your own. The screen you hit into is very close to the mat, so expect golf balls to fly back and out into the shop regularly. James put down a pool noodle training aid behind my bay to help, but know it'll happen. The shop also has a short putting green with SAM Putt Lab to help you get fit. There's a small sitting area and some golf equipment as well. Definitely a place I will regularly visit when I can't get outside!
