Melody was so kind and professional. I clearly didn't know what I was doing and she politely showed me how to do what I needed to do. Her calm presence made it easier to accomplish my task. The facility is clean and modern. The machines ample and easy to use. But I would have struggled without the help of Melody read more

Their payment system sucks as a visitor. If I lived nearby it would work. But I literally needed one more quarter to get my clothes perfect and I had to take them slightly damp because I didn't want to meet the $5 minimum per card. read more

For the two years I have been going here, I have never had an issue until today. During my recent visit, the owners behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns with courtesy and professionalism, I felt dismissed and treated unfairly. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and for concerns to be handled appropriately. This experience has left me very disappointed and hesitant to return. I truly hope you all take the necessary steps to improve customer service so that future customers receive the respectful i should have received while addressing my concern. read more

Clean, quiet, bright, comfortable waiting area. Decent prices. Helpful attendant, cashless- card loader is easy to navigate.

Diana was so helpful. Very clean and big! The largest washer is $11.70 which fit almost all my clothes. Will be back again.

Highly recommend this laundromat. Extremely clean, Treasure, the attendant was very friendly, helpful, and was very knowledgeable to myself and other customers who had questions on the machines and securing a payment card. She is an exceptional employee! read more

Washing machines are not always clean. I contacted the owner and they did not care that my garments were damaged by there machines. read more

This place is uncrowded and pleasant to deal with. If your regular washer or dryer fails, we highly recommend this place.

Used this laundromat while waiting for a repair for a broken dryer at home. Tons of machines and there are different sizes so I was able to get everything done quickly. The two women who were working were also very helpful. read more

The machine's are broke down. Customer service is horrible & they hardly speak English. Clothes were still not clean. The water was brown like it's located in flint. After I paid for my wash the machine wanted more money. The place clearly needs an upgrade & new working appliances. Please be careful of business owners like these who are only in it for the money. They never take the time to update, upgrade and provide quality service to the community. 0 stars read more

What happened to all the carts? It's hard to do laundry without them. I'm considering finding a new place to do laundry.

A screw was sticking about a bit when I went to close the door so scraped my thumb. It was not a big deal except that when I brought it to the attention to the attendant Maria, she said its just a scratch. When I asked, can you bring this to the owners attention or put up a sign, she said, "No, you should have watched what you are doing." Then I mentioned the soap centers rusting out and the place being dirty. She replied, If you dont like it, go someone else." Did I mention half of the small machines are out of order? This place used to be so nice when I lived here 8 years ago. To make a long story short, I put in my laundry and went to my car to get a bandaid since my thumb would not stop bleeding. Looks like I will be gping somewhere else read more

We used this place a couple of years ago when waiting for dryer parts, and now I'm using it again over places closer to my house. Overall it's clean and neat, mostly high-efficiency washers but there are a few traditional ones at the back ($1.69). Washer prices are $1.69-6.89 for the very largest, and dryers run 18 minutes for $0.30. They use stored-value cards with a couple of purchase/refill stations in the store, but there's a pretty good chance you're going to have a little bit of money left on the cards when you're done if you're not a regular. They have plenty of carts and folding tables, but only 2 tables for folks waiting and a limited number of seats along the front wall. No wifi, nothing fancy. 3 TVs, which were on English-language (Academy Awards) while I was there. Hours are listed as 7-9, with last load time also specified as 9PM. This place is still owned and operated by the two brothers who started it a decade ago (newspaper story on the wall) - one of them was in while I was there. read more

I come here from time to time when I have to wash more than one load, or am washing comforters/blankets. I don't remember it ever being as dirty as it is today. Water stains/stains running down most of the machines. The detergent cups appear to have never been cleaned so you're getting a mix of detergents. Most of the machines were marked out of order today, but they were fixing them. They show protected wifi, but the attendant says they don't have it when we asked for the password. So it's not for guests apparently. Overall I noticed that prices have gone up, but the cleanliness has gone down. I'll not be back. Edit: After typing this, it got worse. The machines I used wouldn't drain and the employee was not nice about it when we brought this to her attention. She did set up two other machines and did not charge, but they were not the two load machines I was using before and the machines were not clean. They were smaller machines so I had to pack my four loads into two one loads. When I pulled out my sheets, they were blotchy and I'm definitely not happy about that. I can promise that it's from all the crud left in the machines bleach/detergent cups. Now my sheets look like tie dye. I didn't bother to say anything to them at this point because clearly they don't care. Don't waste your money here. read more

Overall pretty clean, but there was a bolt in my laundry when I opened the door after the wash. I told the attendant, who was very nice, but it made me wonder if the machines are well maintained. Also the prepaid card machines only except cash. Superwash on golf in niles is better but this is closer to my house. read more

We came in on a Monday and the attendant has this attitude when we told her that the washer was spitting bubbles out of the detergent chute. Speaking in spanish gossiping and not very helpful. Management should hire better people. read more

This place has the worst service and machines. I paid for my laundry and detergent. The machine broke down and they didn't want to give me new detergent as I didn't have anymore. The "owner" is a piece of sh!T and only care about getting people money!! Don't use this broke down laundromat. This was my first and last time coming here. I was in this area for work and will never come back! If you don't mind on spending extra money for detergent and washes come but if you don't come. They don't care and just want your money. How about take the money and buy some new equipment!! Piece of sh!T equipment, no wonder it was empty!!! I was in the area and wanted to try them out before leaving for work and it was the biggest mistake!! Never again on such a trashy sh!tty place!! Don't recommend at all!! The owner is mad because I'm telling people that his machines don't work so he called the cops!! What a clown!! I was leaving, just wanted to make my review first!! I was never hostile, aggressive, danger or anything. YOU wanted to argue with me over the phone about YOUR MACHINES NOT WORKING!! How am I a threat to customers or attendant?? First thing I never made the situation bad for anyone while complaining about the broke down machines. Secondly THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THERE!! Just me and the attendant that was working. STOP LYING you didn't offer my money back in cash like i spent. You kept wanting to put it on a laundry card that I can't use because i refuse to come back to this janky place. I asked several times give me my money back and you wouldn't. You offered a washing detergent that I'm allergic to and nothing else. I went to the counter and said that's what i just brought you have it Tide, give me that one. Your attendant said NO. Why get on here and lie. You want to make yourself and sh!tty laundromat look good when in reality it's janky with old ass machines. I never made a scene or anything. Truth is your MAD that I'm making a review and worried about other reviews I made!! Guess what when you are a sh!tty owner and give sh!tty business you get put on blast!! It's funny that you worried about other people reviews I made and not yours!! FYI all my reviews were helpful to others!! Did you check that part out as well?? I keep it real and tell the truth, which is why others agree to my reviews, that's not attacking that's speaking facts. Take time to go look at reviews and see everyone agree that has used a business that I left a review on!! You worried about me leaving a review calling it attacking? How about while you're on the internet you find parts for your machines!! Worry about your reviews and how you can fix your place up to get better reviews as you have many unhappy customers!! More unhappy than happy!! Use the money to fix the place up and stop hiding behind closed doors calling the police coward!! I asked for my $6 back that I put on the card and the owner is so broke he don't want to refund it. Hey if you need a real job and want to make real money let me know!! Stop playing with those small coins, and get more than $300k a year!! Now get off the internet being mad at customers for stating facts and go upgrade your slump of a place!! Go fix those machines that are down and you have to argue with people because your machines not working. Make it make sense!! Janky business owner! read more

Lady who works there is super nice to us. We like that there are a lot of machines in good working order.

Pros: clean, wifi Cons:. Pricey, and in order to dry any items there, one must wash THE EXACT SAME ITEMS in the place. They won't let you even pay for empty washers and save yourself the 25 mins. The previous reviewer who was rescued when his dryer quit will find himself, like me today, out of luck here. read more

I've used this laundry before to do blankets and comforters or if I had a ton to do in a short amount of time. Today my dryer pooped out at home and I showed up with one yes 1 measly load and was turned away as I was loading the dryer. New rules you have to use the washer to use the dryer. I tried to tell the attendant my dryer broke it was only 1 load. Still was refused. Well I'll be back once more. To refund any of my unused cards that's it. read more

clean, busy, variety of machine sizes & hot dryers with highly capable attendant. Drop off wash & fold service available as well as large capacity for bed covers. It's been years since I've used a laundromat & the business made this a positive experience which I will repeat at this site. A swipe card is purchased & used with the machines with a refund of the card balance when one leaves. First timers should walk through & discover which machine for load size. I spoke with the owner, he wants repeat business with satisfied customers. English & Spanish instruction available. read more

A few years back the washing machine in my house stopped working. So, I went here to get my clothes washed. I liked the washing machines here. They were really good. I also found the price pretty cheap. I used their service for about two weeks and I thought it was great! read more
