There were 3 elderly ladies about 3 or 4 feet away from his umbrella on the crowded Ocean City Beach at 1st Street. The Sun Fun guy yelled at the 3 ladies, saying they had parked their umbrella too close to his. The ladies said they were there first (before anyone was seated under the Sun Fun umbrella) and that it was a crowded public beach, which was all true. The guy continued yelling and even called THEM "rude" before storming away! We were so embarrassed!

I've even provided videos showing exactly what's wrong, but they still claim nothing is wrong. The staff act very unprofessional and seem completely unqualified to do repairs. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

The sales manager Dameon Jernigan has been made aware of the situation by his salesman that I've been in touch with and I haven't heard a word from him. You'd think for the sake of the business and low reviews like this one that the attempt would be made to at least keep the customer in the loop as to what is happening or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. There are not alot of Indian Dealerships around, so the ones here have a monopoly on the product which can lead to deteriorating service. So far, with the limited dealings with Battleship Indian, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I spoke to Anthony, service advisor, who was a great help with a uncovered warranty issue. He got the matter resolved in a timely manner and to everyone's satisfaction. I will continue to use this dealership and refer everyone over to them. It is worth the extra 45 minutes to ride there than go locally. I will update as I have more sales and service contact with them.

I took to Yelp and Google and found a place right by my apartment with pretty decent reviews and figured having my car close was better than not having it at all so off with the tow company I went. The tow truck driver asked where we were going and I told him and he said these guys would treat me right and did they. Left my keys and a phone number and a voicemail and got a call first thing this morning. I explained that I was pretty sure of what the problem was and they were going to check it out but it would be a little while since Monday was busy. No problem. Not 2 hours later they called back with the info. Of course the diagnosis was what I thought and they gave me their recommendations. NOT ONCE did they try to sell me something unnecessary. One of the services after looking it up on my own wasn't "required" and when I said I'd pass I could hear Roger's genuine concern that not doing it wouldn't be great for the car. He even went ahead and helped with the price because that was in honesty my concern. I was able to pick my car up before the end of the day and it runs perfectly! So glad to find a garage that I know I can trust. Thanks guys!

In the…read morebeginning it was just a radiator ($400) but that ended up not being the problem so the first job was misdiagnosed then he said it was a water pump and I just wanted it done so "do it" that was another $832!!!! When picking it up it overheated within 4 blocks of their shop. I just took it straight to a mechanic with good reviews on here, it was a thermostat and the thermostat housing $149 out the door. Prestige on 3rd Street got one over on me but hey now I know don't use this guy. He misdiagnoses and overcharges.

Poor attention to detail and lack of follow through. Think twice!!…read more I had an initial good conversation with Peter on inspecting and rebuilding/resealing my R50/5 transmission. Upon receiving it back, I was billed for a seal that wasn't replaced, there was a poorly installed output seal (that would have severely leaked), and vice grip/pliers marks on my shift lever. I also noticed a good sized crack on my output drive flange. After another conversation, Peter got the tranny back...This was now to repair his poor craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail. He replaced the seals, but failed to address the cracked drive flange - He reinstalled in on the new seal. Note: This was pointed out to him with a note in the shipping box, through email with photos, and via text. It took several days to get a response from Peter after receiving the transmission back a second time. He said he would offer a new flange at a "good price." After a few attempts to get in touch with him again, he never responded. This was a frustrating experience that made me question the whole inspection process. Also, don't pay with Zelle as you have no recourse on the payment if services weren't' delivered as promised.
