The staff and service here are bar none stellar! They were the only tire shop from Wilmington to Southport (where I had my catastrophic flat) that not only had a tire on hand but they also could replace it for me as soon as I arrived with the tow truck! They searched to find the new tires I needed as well as find comparable tires that cost less. Had me in and out of their shop both times in less time than they had quoted. Treated me with compassion and respect. their entire staff is friendly. All went out of their way to say hello and let me know what was happening. They even Directed me to a few more shops that they use that I may need. Their shop is so clean, it looks like you could eat off the floor in there. As they walked me from the garage to the front shop even the shelves of inventory are stacked, neat, & clean. I will not only be returning here in the future, but I highly recommend using them for all of your tire needs in and around the wilmington area! read more

This place is amazing! They have all makes and models of tires almost always in stock and if they don't they will within 3 days. That's the longest I've ever had to wait. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed and they can do a patch job like nobody's business. 10 star review. If you need a tire look no further read more

I just got 4 new tires from Seaside wheels and tires, 5217 Market street, Wilmington. A friend told me about this tire store and he was absolutely correct! The employees are great. They are knowledgeable, personable, helpful and they listen to your needs. I was very satisfied from the time I walked in until the time I left. It was all of about 30-40 minutes to install 4 previously ordered 22inch tires. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE AND TIRE DEALS THEY GIVE!!! ...AND GET THIS, THEY HAVE THE BEST MOUNTING AND BALANCING PRICES AROUND. I'm from Leland and it was more than worth the trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I was pressed for time and had to get some new tires put on relatively soon. The entire Seaside staff was courteous and helpful from when I walked in the door until I walked out. The store is very presentable and they keep their lobby in pristine condition for customers who are waiting for work to be completed, but I didn't have to wait very long. I had to get the money situated to cover the tires, so they put the tires on hold for me up to a day, and offered a quote. I believe they even offer payment plans. When they lifted up my car to replace the tires, they reminded me that my steering wheel shaft was sketchy. I had been aware of the problem because my wheel stopped working at times, but they showed me the parts of the shaft that had come apart and explained in detail why it was unsafe and began to help me search for a place that could replace the part, or pieces of the part if I couldn't afford it. I wound up getting an incredible deal and I couldn't be any happier with how it drives now in comparison to how I used to prep myself for steering issues while driving. The employee who helped me with my search was quick, dedicated, honest, and focused. Another employee who helped me further the search had been working on cars for many years and had a wealth of knowledge on the topic. He worked very quickly and did an impeccable job! The whole stuff was funny, friendly, and great to speak with. I have had numerous experiences with positive automative shops and part stores while living in the south, and this location was one of the highlights. Keep up the awesome work! You guys are great. read more

They are the best there is. Women can go in there and know they will not be taken advantage of. I went in because my car was shaking a lot. They showed me my front passenger tire was split with a large bulge in it and replaced it for $37.45. I left with my car driving like it was brand new. It's been 13 days and I continue to have a smooth ride. read more

These guys are great. They gave me a great deal on 2 front tires for my car. And then they replaced them a week later at no additional cost when they didn't seem to be riding that well. In addition to their great service they are all just really nice people who were great to speak with and get to know while the service was being completed. read more
