It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands on a new cart only to be ignored when it needs basic warranty work. They clearly only care about the sale, not the customer. Buyer beware. Admirable, I'd have to say, however, lots of promises made, and no promises kept. Lies after lies. 12 weeks later, still no golf cart and still needs to be painted with graphic design they were supposed to be able to do, among other things. That was going to take another 2 to 8 weeks, depending upon the choice now. I'm done! Asked for my refund, which is now pending and we'll see where that goes.
