There's a theme & drink deal every other day of the week (except when they're closed on Sunday) that get good crowds too. Drinks are cheap. The bouncers are very respectful and reasonable. The bar tenders are all good vibes and serve lots of people quickly. There's really nothing bad to say about Kam's. (It's even close to Green St Cafe so once Kam's closes, walk a block and you're golden.) Sure, the music is basic/pop but it's super easy to get what you want played on a slow night and you really can't please everyone in such a big crowd. Pour Bros is a great way to get a sample of beers from around here and worldwide. Get as little or as much as you would like to get. The price varies. Coming here a few times it's like there's always something else you can get. It's got shit tons of beers along the wall you can fill up on your own. The first thing is to get a card so you can activate taps. Every beer is at a price. It's per ounce and it adds up. Best one we got of these was the Wake Brewery selection Frost Hammer. It's $0.80 an ounce, which is one of the more expensive ones. Can bring food in here. They also have free popcorn. Have to know there's no special events before going or you will have to pay a cover. It's located on University at Market. There's not really any food but you can bring in stuff.
