I had my 2015 VW Beetle Convertible repaired at Lussier's. The service was completed effectively,…read morebut took some time since there were multiple issues with the convertible top and parts had to be ordered. I will say that the customer service at Lussier's is unmatched. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. I was regularly updated on the progress of the repair and what was being done on the car. I did feel that the price might have been a bit high, but I did not get quotes anywhere else, so I am not sure. I am satisfied with the work and would come back in the future, particularly because of the people. I was also so pleasantly surprised with the condition of the interior of my car when I picked it up. It looks like it had a full detail job! Thank you!

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. The car looks like new! I highly recommend.read more

What a relief that Brian had an opening for my daughters car. The quality of their work is amazing…read more It looks like there was no damage. We paid out of pocket, since it was an extremely reasonable amount of money for the time and labor they put in. The damage wasn't overly horrendous, but they had the body work done in the time period we had available to leave her car. My wife and I are happy with the staff of Kevin Brenz Auto Body. I prefer small local places, and they do quality work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!…read more I went to an installer that was highly recommended by DePaula Ford--the same one they use. Before the work started, I went over everything in detail. I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT DO NOT!!!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with Rich for…read moreJuly 6th, but when I showed up that day, the shop was closed. No one called ahead to give me a heads-up or reschedule -- I just arrived to locked doors. I called from the parking lot and left a message letting them know I was there for my appointment. That was over three weeks ago now, and I still haven't gotten a callback -- no apology, no explanation, nothing. I get that shops sometimes have to close unexpectedly, but a simple phone call would have saved me a wasted trip, and a follow-up afterward would have gone a long way. Instead, total silence. Can't recommend based on this experience -- communication was nonexistent.

They did such an amazing job from start to finish, I will never go to another body shop. The repairs were fast, excellently done, and extremely fair in price. Even when my insurance was frustrating me, Ali made me feel like it was going to be okay with his kind, calm, professional demeanor. They even detailed my car for me and helped to replace a missing side mirror cover at a price far less than a dealership had quoted me a year ago. I can't say enough good things about Beaver Body & Paint, they really are the best.
