I got dent in my back bumper. I asked the team at Goldstein Collison center for an estimate and some advice concerning fixing the dent based of several You Tube videos I watched. They were very helpful and said in theory it should work, but also warned some projects aren't as simple as they appear. No surprise, I was unable to remove the dent myself due to lack of proper tools and training. I brought the car back to Goldstein the next day and they fixed it will I waited. The staff was very respectful and friendly and as I said before more than willing to discuss the procedure of fixing the dent. today I had my side mirrors replaced at Goldstein body shop on central avenue in albany. I got an estimate last week from Melissa and was told I could come in today to have the work done. I arrived today and Mellisa helped me. The work was performed quickly and Melissa was absolutely lovely. How did Goldstein find such a wonderful employee. She is terrific and I would definitely return to this business in the future if necessary. She is a gem and Goldstein should thank their lucky stars they have her then they should give her a big fat raise and promote her and do everything in their power to keep her happy so she stays with your company. Also they make it very easy working with Enterprise - I just left my rental at Goldstein's. I bought a new car from Goldstein that had a few imperfections because one of the sales team was driving the car. I was so aggravated it took so long to get it into the body shop...but 100% worth the wait. They didn't just fix the scratches to make them look better as I thought they would. The collision center is the worst ever to have worked with. These folks do not have any idea about how to fix cars and take care of the cars. The cars are not fixed on time and the fixing is not upto the mark. I will never ever recommend anyone here nor will I ever go there again. A BIG MISTAKE read more
