I was made…read moreaware of his business through a FB recommendation request for someone who could put in a kitchen backslash for me. I reached out to Justin via FB Messenger, and he was immediate to respond. Not only was Justin able to come out the next morning to provide me a quote, he was able to discuss the full process, what materials to consider (we agreed I would purchase the tile if I went with him) and overall he was beyond knowledgeable and communication was beyond timely. We intended on getting 2 more quotes that week, but after going to purchase our tile of choice and looking over some install options with Lowes, we realized the price Justin gave us was unbelievable. We ended up texting him from Lowes and telling him that we'd go with him and he agreed to start the following Monday. My project ended up coming in right at my budget for labor and even a bit under for materials based on Justin's guidance. The back splash looks phenomnemal. Justin came on a Monday with a partner and they completed the tile within 4 hours. They came and grouted later that day - so essentially it was a 1 day job. He advised he would return later in the week to silicon the bottom of the back splash where it meets the granite counter, which I was not concerned about. Low and behold, just as promised Justin texted me today and came by and finished up the silicon sealing. AMAZING customer service. I honestly could not have asked for better. The back splash is beyond my expectations - and gave our kitchen a finished look that I could have not imagined we needed (as the home is new construction). I can't wait to find another project to have Justin work on!! Thank you again!

Mike came out to check it out and give us a quote. He was super professional and gave us a quote on the spot. He had books for us to check out all our different options for shutters and railings, and said for bigger jobs, you can go to the showroom to check out materials. I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I haven't even received my invoice for final payment, and I'm already eyeing my back deck for replacement....when I'm ready, I will definitely call Fiderio!
