I needed a skirt altered within a 3 day window. Within 2 days , the skirt was perfectly altered and ready for pick up, which I was grateful for BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT wasn't grateful for that $45 dollar charge :-0 . All I asked for was for them to take 2 inches off the waist on a very simple skirt . I could have gotten the same service at my usual tailor for $25 but I was out of town so I had no choice. I Would have given 5 stars if the pricing was more reasonable.

I needed a long zipper in a jumpsuit replaced and requested a quote from 3 vendors on Yelp. Lorena…read moreanswered me within an hour, while the other 2 answered days later. Even though she was 40 minutes from my home and the others were much closer, I appreciated her quick response and decided to take the garment to Lorena. She was busy but still got to my garment within a few days. And she found that the issue was not the zipper itself but how it was sewn in. Lorena was able to repair the issue rather than replacing the entire zipper. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity, as she could have easily replaced it as I asked and charged me accordingly. I doubt other vendors would have taken the time to examine the problem and provide an alternate solution. I recommend Lorena and will definitely go to her for any future alterations or repairs.

I drove it up to the shop (an hour drive) and Llyod (the head technician and store owner) sat with me for 2hrs, walking me through the issues and fixing them as we went. Nothing major to be fixed, just some small adjustments that made a world of difference. The level of care and service was tremendous. I would highly recommend. I just wish the shop were closer to where I live!

I called several times, but never got a callback despite leaving several messages. I finally got ahold of the head tech and was told how there is a shortage of techs and they are training some, but should get to it soon. I understand staff shortages, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I was finally promised it would be ready for yesterday. When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.

Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices. I honestly had an incredible experience using Mr.Cool and had to share it with all of you!!!
