Then, after all the pinning was done, I was forced to wait for 4 others customers that had arrived after me to finish their business. I was in the store for a total of 40 mins. I was told my clothing would be ready before my trip. Upon arrival to pick up my clothes, there was a sign on the door that indicated the business would be closed from October 18th to October 31st. No phone call, no warning, no clothes for my vacation. I called the business number just to have it go to voicemail. I had left a message about the status of my clothes and no phone call was returned. Upon picking up my clothing, there was no apology, no nothing after I indicated what had happened. It then took them 10 mins to actually find my clothing. Further to this, the pants that needed the button fixed weren't even fixed even though I was charged for it. I must say, after all of this poor, shoddy customer service, there was no way in hell I was going back to have my pants fixed. I'm usually a pretty easy customer to deal with, but this experience was awful from start to finish. The gentleman that works there needs a real good lesson in customer service.

Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.
