Brandon was the first associate to greet me & was very helpful in helping us get a good deal on the ring re-sizing. We actually had gone to every jewelry store in the mall & even though some were cheaper we decided we wanted to just work with Brandon. He was nice enough to call a few days later to inform us that there was a slight possibility that the jeweler could have an issue with sizing that could end up causing curvature in the ring. I'm sure at some stores because it's a slim chance they may just do it anyway to make the sale, however Brandon took the time to let us know. Due to this issue with the ring we decided to just return it to Macy's. Brandon was so friendly & helpful that we wanted to get our replacement ring from him instead of Macy's. When we returned we looked at a few rings but could not decide on anything just yet & wanted to shop around. Brandon did not pressure us in the least bit & explained that he knows how important it is to shop & compare to ensure we find the perfect fit. We went all over the city to various malls & Jewelers to weigh our options. After a long day we were ready to just be done so we went to an R&H store in another mall. They ended up showing us the perfect ring, but they were extremely pushy & almost trying to force us to make a decision. After that we decided that we would get that ring....but at Brandon's store at The Hip. If anyone deserved the sale it was him. So even though The Hip is very out of the way for us we ended up calling Brandon with the SKU Number for the ring & he immediately located it & was able to put it on hold. When we went back he got us taken care of instantly. Overall he made a very stressful, but important task as easy & enjoyable as possible. We now will have always have a wonderful memory surrounding purchasing the engagement ring to last a life time. We even invited him to the wedding. Prior to this ring I'd never bought fine jewelry before but I may start just so Brandon can get the sales! As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade in management, his skills with customers are outstanding & I hope he is sufficiently appreciated & rewarded for what he does! Their financing is also misleading--advertised as "$10 down," but with undisclosed fees, including about a $100 initiation charge. They have a strict no-return policy, so once you purchase, you're stuck. Do your research--you will likely find the same watches elsewhere for significantly less.

A Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs!…read more I have been a loyal customer of Helzberg Diamonds for over 15 years, but after this experience, I will never step foot in their store again. Their complete disregard for customer service, lack of accountability, and mishandling of my jewelry repair is beyond unacceptable. I brought in my necklace under its so-called "warranty" after the chain broke, only to have it returned with irremovable scuffs. Alex, the salesman, specifically noted that it should not be polished, yet it was anyway. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she dismissed my concerns, stating that the jeweler--not the salesperson--determines whether it gets polished. After sending it back a second time and requesting an expedited process, I received it again--this time still with scuffs and a dent from the tool used to hold it. Alex assured me, after speaking with Paula (the manager), that I would receive a new necklace if it couldn't be repaired. But then came the real nightmare: two months passed without a single update. I had to call them repeatedly, only to be ignored, given excuses about how "busy" they were, and brushed aside. Paula finally called me back--two days later. Paula, the store manager, is condescending, dismissive, and incapable of listening to a customer's concerns without cutting them off. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for the poor condition of the necklace, claiming it was due to the engraving--despite the fact that the necklace was perfectly fine before the chain broke. It was possible to have the necklace as I originally intended--because that's how it was when I purchased it! Now, Helzberg is offering me a replacement but wants me to pay $70 to have it re-engraved or, alternatively, a refund that does not include the engraving cost. This is completely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor--take your business elsewhere. Helzberg Diamonds does not stand behind their products, their warranty is a joke, and their customer service is downright appalling.

The owner then proceeded to give the broken brace back to my father and stated that he can't do anything about it because the clasp is made out of titanium and he can't fix it. We then asked him to replace the brace since he broke it but refused to do so stating he is not liable for what happened. This idiot just broke it by trying to adjust it without my father's consent!
