What was presented as a "deal" was not. This store preys on uninformed customers and uses manipulative pricing tactics. Pricing is not transparent, and staff lack the product knowledge to properly explain value. Their financing is also misleading--advertised as "$10 down," but with undisclosed fees, including about a $100 initiation charge. They have a strict no-return policy, so once you purchase, you're stuck. Do your research--you will likely find the same watches elsewhere for significantly less.

Unfortunately, we were completely ignored from the moment we walked in. It felt very much like we were overlooked based on our background as people of color. There were two employees present. An older gentleman was working there and helping another customer, but he never acknowledged us or welcomed us into the store. Meanwhile, the female employee was on the phone, hung up, and immediately answered the next incoming call instead of greeting us. At that point, we decided to leave. As we walked out, we politely but firmly let them know they had terrible customer service. We walked right next door to Kay Jewelers, and the experience was night and day. The team at Kay treated us with the utmost respect, provided wonderful customer service, and we proudly purchased our wedding bands from them.
