The whole office makes you feel safe and comfortable. I wish I could share the before and after photos because they are amazing. When visiting his office with another former patient who has had major plastic surgery due to skin cancer in the past, and was hugely satisfied with his results, we then got into the discussion of the benefits of a facelift and necklift for me. From the time we started planning, the procedure itself, the wonderful care I received at the surgery center, the anesthesiologist , and the post op care, everything was the best. His office staff, Dr Pandrangi himself, and the surgery center all work in unison giving the patient the best service and treatment anyone could ever want. I am so happy I chose Dr Pandrangi, and give him a TOP recommendation, I would give him more than 5 stars if possible!! Dee

Dr. Jim and Michelle assess what you need with an expert eye and both of them strive for the customer to have a natural look so it is a relief to receive a treatment with the reassurance that you'll appear to look like you have found the fountain of youth. I am so pleased with the treatment I received and I discovered that the price is more affordable than most clinics around Cleveland. At the conclusion of my follow-up visit, Dr. Parry took me on a quick private tour of his incredible art collection since I exhibited an interest in his taste in all the original art he has hanging in the office. It's very apparent that Dr. Parry has a love for beauty and he will make you, the most beautiful you can possibly be!

There will never be a doubt in your mind that the staff there truly care about you. Dr. Frankel is a pretty dashing guy, himself. You'll be at ease the moment you hear his soothing, resonant voice. You will immediately recognize that his standards are high. Dr. Frankel is someone you can trust with your face. I did and I am absolutely delighted with my results. He gave me symmetry and you can have it too! My eyes are awesome!!! I had an upper blepharoplasty in office and it was a breeze. I'm about a month out and my eyes look great! My swelling and bruising were minimal, partly because I follow directions, but mostly because my doctor has so much finesse! I'm back to rocking that winged eyeliner that I almost had to give up forever because of my hooded eyes. I couldn't be more pleased with my very natural looking results. The only way you'd know that I had this done is by reading this review, because I look like I woke up 10 years ago, haha. (I'm so happy) Do it!

He is consistent, offering me the best results every time I see him. As an aesthetician of 20 years, I am often asked by my clients for a referral for a plastic surgeon. I confidently recommend Jonathan Frankel to all of my clients and friends, knowing they will receive the utmost care, whether it be injectables or surgery. Botox has become so common and with many choices out there as to where to go or who to receive it from, I truly believe seeing a facial plastic surgeon is the smartest decision. Jonathan Frankel is a true gem, gracious and kind. He's cared for 2 of my children, stitching their chin and eyebrow after crazy kid accidents. I will forever be grateful for that! Over all I would 100% recommend Frankel Facial Plastic Surgery!

Probably the worst experience of my life. Dr. Bilski had extracted a front tooth (9) and inserted…read morean implant. I noticed an issue the same night, when pain set it. Instead of brining me back to the office, examining me and taking it out immediately he prescribed pain medication and steroids. He eventually had his associate look at me, the associate did not even look inside my mouth, he only took an X Ray which does not show problems with soft tissue only the bone. I was just sent home to go through more pain. When I kept complaining about pain Dr. Bilski texted me that Oxi can in some rare cases cause to feel more pain and that swelling is one thing the doctor really cannot control. It never occurred to him that I might have an abscess/infection. After days of pure agony Dr. Bilski called me and said, maybe you have a blood clot. I rushed to the ER, where I was immediately diagnosed with an aggressive abscess. Drs at the hospital administered morphine, but it didn't work. Once I was admitted and placed in a room, i was prescribed delaudid pain med, which is so strong that it is often prescribed to people on their death bed. Followed months of infection recovery and trying to save that implant. It of course failed. According to dental expert that I hired this incompetent man picked the wrong sized implant which was too big for my face and it broke into my nasal cavity possibly releasing the bacteria. When I touched the bottom of the inside of my nose I could feel the bone protruding in the area of the implant. Even now I can still feel the crack in that area of my nose. Dr. Bilski also failed to prescribe me antibiotics, prior or post surgery, only after I asked him myself if I should be on antibiotics only then he called in for a prescription but that was just too late to stop the abscess. He is a butcher. DO NOT go to him for any surgical procedure. Go to an ORAL SURGEON. I wish I knew about them, it would have saved me years of pain and suffering. I received horrible service from this guy and no after care at all. STAY AWAY.

When Dr. Roger Hess entered the room, instead of focusing on the appointment, he began offering explanations for his late arrival. I made it clear that the excuses were not my concern and that I wanted to move forward with the appointment professionally. What immediately stood out to me was that while I was addressing the situation, he was smiling and laughing, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional given the circumstances. Shortly after that, it became obvious he had not reviewed my referral and did not even know why I was there. At one point, he commented that he would need to read through the 10-page VA referral during the appointment itself, which confirmed he was completely unprepared. As both a veteran and a counselor, I understand healthcare offices can run behind at times. However, being over an hour late, unprepared, and unfamiliar with the reason for the visit is not acceptable--especially after a patient drives a significant distance for care. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and unproductive medical appointments I have experienced.

I had a lower facelift and neck lift with Dr. Matt Goldschmidt on April 29, 2025, and almost a year…read morelater I am still dealing with the fallout. After surgery, I developed a seroma and have had severe pain, pressure, and ongoing issues that never should have been brushed off the way they were. I understand no surgery comes with guarantees, but there is a huge difference between a known complication and a doctor who does not meaningfully deal with it when it happens. What has been most disturbing to me is not just the outcome, it's how little accountability there has been. I spent nearly a year trying to handle this privately and reasonably. I asked for help. I asked for resolution. I asked for my records and contract. What did I get? Five photos and a letter basically telling me that he might consider a partial refund only if I removed my review and agreed not to say anything further. That told me everything I needed to know. At that point, it became very clear that Dr. Goldschmidt seemed far more concerned about his reputation and online reviews than about the actual patient sitting in front of him dealing with pain, complications, and a failed result. And yes, I am now looking at revision surgery elsewhere. That is not a small thing. This was not cheap. This was not minor. And this has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially for nearly a full year. Patients deserve to know when a doctor appears more focused on controlling reviews than taking real accountability when something goes wrong. If this is how complications are handled behind the scenes, I think that is deeply concerning, and I do have to wonder how many other patients have been treated this way after the fact. For context, I am including a photo of the written response I received after repeated attempts to resolve this matter. This review reflects my honest experience
