I'm a regular at SoulSpace and PureFyx, and finally recently visited NÜIQ Wellness Lounge for Mother's Day open house. NÜIQ is a high-end med spa with sophisticated interior design - innovative lighting and comfy velvet couches. We don't have spas quite like this one in Cleveland. It's crème de la crème. They offer a wide range of services - facials, injectables, IV therapy, diagnostic services, and more! They have a lot of advanced technology and techniques. Part of their service involves facial scanning to identify how your face will age and determine key skin issues. It definitely offers you a deeper inside into your skin than regular spas. Their services are tailored to your skin concerns. I talked to a few aestheticians during my visit. They were incredibly friendly experts and open to answer any skin-related questions. In terms of services, I was interested in coming in for a facial (just need to find the time). Signature Facial was recommended to me for a starting service. Following this service, aestheticians recommended trying Glo2Facial for extra skin sparkle. It was recommended as the most exfoliating service. The services are pricey but given the expertise and ambiance, it feels very justified. The spa offers convenient memberships and payment plans for clients. I plan to book my first service next time I'm visiting SoulSpace and PureFyx. It's very convenient to make a day of it - sauna at SoulSpace, juice and healthy lunch at PureFyx, and skincare at NÜIQ! I was also told a necklift was included, yet there was NO difference in my neck at all (before and after pictures speak for themselves). Also, there's certain things a patient should be doing/avoiding 2 weeks prior to surgery. No one contacted me to give me any directions on stopping ibuprofen,etc. I had to call them and ask. I also found them to be friendly until the surgery is over. You then become a number. For 12,000 I was ripped off. Of course when I brought him my concerns I was told it would get better over time...it did not. I was then gaslit and told it looked fine. Really?. Saw another surgeon who said Dr. D should've known that I was a candidate for a deep plane, not his weekend lift. But then, it's all about the money, right?! It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.

I had been a client for about a year and a half, regularly seeing an outstanding nurse, D.M., who left in April 2024. Every treatment from her--Dysport, filler, and even treatment for my gummy smile--was perfect. She completely corrected that issue, and I was consistently pleased with the results. On September 19, I saw a new (to me) practitioner, Bailey. She was kind and seemed to understand that I just wanted to maintain the results D.M. had given me. Unfortunately, that wasn't how it turned out. I contacted the office with concerns, and Bailey responded quickly and scheduled a follow-up for September 24 to correct the Dysport placement that hadn't reduced my gummy smile as expected. I appreciated her willingness to fix it, and I understood that, as a new patient to her, a correction might be necessary. In the following weeks, I noticed heavy creasing around my face--outside my normal smile lines--and saw this clearly in photos. I compared them to earlier images from just a few months after my last visit with D.M., and the difference was significant. I contacted the Skin Center again. Bailey was once again helpful and kind. She said it could be related to the crow's feet injection spreading to the zygomaticus muscle, which affects lip elevation. She explained that if that was the cause, the best solution would be to wait about three months. She also asked if I had experienced weight loss; I had lost about 8 pounds, but not enough to explain the change. After doing some research, I found images showing the results of neurotoxin spreading to the zygomaticus muscle, and they matched what I was seeing. I was grateful the result was just creasing--some outcomes are worse. I appreciated that Bailey was transparent and gave me two options: she could fill the creases at no charge or I could wait it out. She recommended waiting, and I agreed. The experience took a disappointing turn when I asked for a refund and the Patient Experience team got involved. I requested a full refund to my original payment method, as the results were not what I expected. Anna Lukas responded that the creasing was not caused by Dysport (despite Bailey suggesting otherwise) but said they wanted me to be happy. She added that the product Bailey used for the correction had already been "comped" and offered a partial refund or in-center credit. This response was frustrating. Corrections are routinely done at no charge and shouldn't be framed as a special favor. More importantly, offering credit assumed I'd return, even though I wasn't sure I wanted to. Anna's tone implied that the problem was my face--not the treatment. I responded that I wasn't open to a partial refund or credit. Anna later said I could receive a full refund--but only if I signed a legal document including a non-disclosure agreement. I found that extremely inappropriate. No patient should be silenced from sharing an honest experience, especially after a cosmetic procedure left them visibly worse than before. I was embarrassed by my smile and sought answers in good faith. Bailey and Faith responded with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Patient Experience team. To be clear: Bailey, Faith, and especially D.M. were all wonderful. The issue is not with the Shaker Heights team themselves--it's with how the Skin Center's leadership responds when things go wrong. Rather than taking accountability, they deny fault, offer token gestures, and rely on legal tactics to quiet dissatisfied patients. I can't recommend the Skin Center--not because the team at Shaker Heights lacks skill or care, but because if something goes wrong, the Patient Experience team is not equipped to handle it with empathy, transparency, or integrity.

His dental hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful. She's far more gentle than anyone else whose ever done a cleaning on me. Dr. Sebbio is the only dentist I don't dread going to see. It's a very small office and everyone is friendly. They accept a ton of insurances but even without insurance, their cleanings, exams and x-rays are very reasonably priced.
