They always had a kind word for me, and I found them very encouraging and positive. The center also is more flexible about their schedule than many preschools/daycares. I used the center as a preschool, but many working parents had their children stay on in the afternoons. You can pick which days you want your child to attend, which was perfect for me since I was working in the office part of the time and at home part of the time. And it always smells like cookies or cinnamon French toast when you walk inside in the morning! It doesn't get any better than that.

Kimberly and Ramone definitely were helpful in answering any questions I had of enrolling my 7 year old son into the program. It definitely allows kids to set goals and achieve them by coding in Java and C+ to create their own video games while learning other skills such as mathematics, problem solving skills, while having fun. As the child enters the facility, they log in with their color coded wrist bands, put on hand sanitizer and Kim at the front desk does a temperature check before the kids enter the "Dojo." The color coded wrist band indicates the program and the level the child starts at and they will advance once they hit certain levels of achievement. There is a specific website with a user name and passcode that parents can check the progress of their child at each class. Every child usually starts at the white wrist band and can work their way up to black wrist band for more advanced training. The classroom size is a maximum for 12 participants in which you register before each class online. The desks and stations are at least 6 feet apart with social distancing enforced. They do offer virtual lessons as well. The sensei will usually provide an update and progress of your child at the end of the class. Parents can either stay onsite and observe through the "fish bowl" or glass enclosed classroom or can leave and drop off their child to run an errand. My son definitely enjoys his class and can't wait to go back.

This is not the way a dance class should be run. The owner also does not care about nor addresses parent concerns. This place should not even be allowed to call themselves a dance studio. There are so many better dance studios out there. Don't waste your time with this one.

Let me start by saying that I have tried CrossFit before and was turned off to it because I pushed…read moremyself way too hard in the beginning. I thought I would give Iron musket a try and Keri-Anne (the gym owner) saw me making my same mistake and cautioned me many times to take it easier or try alternative workouts. At the same time, she didn't let me just give up when she knew I had more in me. She was the right amount of "Come on! Give me one more set!" and "Woah, slow down. I don't want you to hurt yourself." Another thing, CrossFit has a bad reputation for using bad form and actually causing more injuries, but not at this gym. Keri-Anne is actually a licensed Physical Therapist and is very educated on proper body mechanics, so she continuously stressed using proper form and lifting techniques, even if it meant using less weight. One last thing about this place: I wanted to keep going to this gym, but I ran into a bit of a financial pinch. I didn't give her 14 days notice to cancel my payments as I was supposed to, and instead of charging me another month or taking it to collections like any other CrossFit gym would have, she forgave me and said she understands tough times happen and she just wants to see me come back when I am in a better place. She is a wonderful person and a great trainer. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are new to CrossFit. You wont regret it.y
