A leak that we are 100% sure was not there before. Our site technician checked it out that evening to find out it wasnt a small leak but a big one and stated that the seal had to be broken by them because it was brand new. I called Kodiak to tell them what I found out and they sent the same guy back only to tell me the same thing and acted like it had nothing to do with what he did! Not only did they send a quote for a ridiculous amount for the repairs(for a seal replacement!) but also charged a service fee for coming out to look at the damage they caused. Then threatened to put a lien on my property if I didnt pay the service call.
