Wow, our second visit here was a total disaster. We took our car in at 10 AM for a full detail, which was just over $200. 5 hours later we come to pickup the car, and were told the car was not ready - it had to be rewashed and then polished - after 5 hours there! I ask for my keys and left. The wash job was horrible - spots all over, especially on the windows. Terrible service, sloppy and lazy. Obviously, I will not be back! read more

First things first (I'm the realest!), the prices aren't really prominently displayed. You kind of have to squint and do a lot of reading, and all this is going on while you're trying to guide your car onto the rails and they're getting ready to wash it. I got the most expensive wash, as I often do, and I'm still not exactly sure of what all I got. It's much easier to check out the website and look at what they offer than the try to quickly read the script before you wash. The wash did a good job. My car was clean. However, being able to hear the attendants talking smack about my car being dirty while watching them dry it off was not a fun part of my experience. I think that ruined it for me. The place could use a bit of sprucing up and a little more direction. Overall, a good job, but loses stars for details. I normally take my car to Autobell, where I roll up, get out, tell him what I want, and it's done in about 10 minutes and people can tell. I might try this place again in a pinch but ... probably not. read more

I've been here a few times, sometimes just for a wash/vac, once for a full detail, and now today for a seat cleaning. (I'll let you know how that last one turns out.) Today's wash/vac + seat detail came out to $47. Personally, I feel like that's a pretty darn good deal. The staff is professional and friendly and most importantly, my car always comes out looking good. The wait time is generally shorter than what they quote you. (Under-promise and over-deliver... Tried and true business practice if you ask me!) They do get super-busy sometimes, but seem to be pretty adept at predicting those rush days and staffing up accordingly. Found the signage a little confusing the first time I visited (cones everywhere made the whole place look closed so I just followed the car in front of me, who turned out to be an employee going in the back way). Paid too much for a less than adequate cleaning, especially inside. Took four guys to do a third of what one guy did today at Autobell for around the same price. Exterior was acceptable, but I should not have to ride with the car through the machine- I can do this across the street for much less at the DIY cleaner. Autobell is better in both regards. Employees on both days barely acknowledged me, never inquired about my satisfaction with the job and seemed like they had somewhere else to be (one employee was so busy trying to get a free carwash out of the manager that he gave up on working on my car altogether). They also will not armor all the inside without a full detailing (which, I suspect, is what they really want us to purchase). I'd hoped the first experience was a fluke so I tried them again- shame on me. Autobell for me! read more

Tried to give this place the benefit after my first experience, but they failed again. I'm from the west coast and have never experienced a wash like this before. It's like they're in some rush to get cars in and out instead of getting cars CLEAN. Spots were left everywhere and they don't do the inside of windows. The wash was $22! In California, where water is scarce, I would get my Yukon xl done for $20, windows cleaned and inside vacuumed too! I'm guessing best way to get a good wash in Greensboro, NC is to do it yourself. I am very pleased with the service and quality of the washes here. It is easy to get on the track. While riding thru, the water and soap smell fresh. The folks who dry the car do a thorough job. Today they had me pull into one of the detail bays to get some bugs out of my grill. They took a little extra time to make sure my car looked perfect and I appreciate that. read more

Disappointed! I have so many untouched spots that they didn't clean up. I wish I would have just done the work myself but due to lack of time I wasn't able too. Every month I get my car detailed. It's not like new but usually very clean. I try not to nit pick. Today saw many smears, spots all over the car, they had it in the back for a long time getting the interior detailed. Wood grain was dull and dust mites everywhere. But the kicker is I keep a bottle of cologne in the side door jam. After I left they put everything in a bag and realized my cologne was gone. I hope the kid that did a half descent job on my car smells good tonight. THIEF!! read more

Extremely BAD car wash and very EXPENSIVE. They left two alloy wheels covered in road grime and only put tire shine on 3 tires. They did NOT even touch the inside of the windows, or the dash, etc. NOT recommended. read more

These people do wonderful work! The first person that I interacted with was Nathaniel at the front who gave me all of the options and the packages and really helped me understand what they had to offer! He was very friendly and very considerate! They did such a wonderful job! My car has never looked cleaner and that's saying a lot when three little kids have made their mark on a car! They've got to know that they're miracle workers! You get your moneys worth and with a smile too! Marcus gave me the keys and was very kind to let me go with a smile! I got the carpet detail package and it was well worth it! The time quoted was 45 minutes but they worked extra hard on my carpets to make them perfect! read more

The roof must not be part of the car! Ugh! I took my car to get washed and detailed around 1 pm. They did a HORRIBLE job! I was there til 4, and when they gave me the car back, the painted surfaces were all clean and shiny, but all the cracks and rubber still had yellow pollen all in and on them. And in the vents in front of the windshield, there were leaves and tree stuff. I know they were mad when I insisted that they do the things they missed, and I even helped do it, because the young guy working on it didn't seem to see anything for himself. And then when I got home, I found MORE things they had neglected. I *knew* better than to look at the roof, because it has a luggage rack. But I stood in the open hatch door and looked.........holy cow!!! Apparently the roof is not part of the car! It had not been touched anywhere other than where the automatic car wash "noodles" had dragged across it. So I had to wipe that myself with several clean wet rags! I will NOT be using that place again...... and this was their PREMIUM PLATINUM wash, not the cheapie! read more

Not worth it. I had to get them to re-do several areas. There were several spots of sap that they"did the best they could do." I went home &got the sap off with some elbow grease. They didn't clean some trash under my seat. But, they did throw away my can of Febreeze in my back seat. read more

Golden Touch does an average job. The track drive damaged a low-profile rim, and somehow they scratched my tinted glass. This car wash diminishes the value of the car faster than leaving it dirty and dogged out. Would look for a mobile option or hand wash for a car that you want to keep in good condition. read more

My car was very well done and at a reasonable price. In fact they did such a good job on my first car, I took the second one over for detailing. The staff greets you with a smile and is friendly. A sales associate is up front to take your order and help you choose the best package for your needs. There are a lot of packages to choose from, but their work on any from the cheapest to most expensive is excellent. Watching the staff, you could see good teamwork and a professional attitude. I took my SUV in to get an estimate for getting it fully detailed. After talking to 2 managers ( which one of them was acting like he did not want to do it and tried to refer me to a body shop instead) I was given the total price at $120 which was to include full wash, headliner, buffing and waxing, complete cleaning of the inside and out with Armor All, cleaning of all the black parts and wheels of my car. When I picked it up, I had to have the attendant to do the cleaning with the Armor All and fix the buffing marks in a few places. The other thing was that they still did not do the cleaning of the roof rack with the Armor All after asking 3x. When I was called that my car was ready, at that time I was informed that they did not do the headliner due to a dripping issue but was not offer a refund for this service. The wheels wells were not cleaned at all and then when I went to get in my car this morning I noticed that my pin-striping was gone off of the back of my car. And when my friend who was interested in getting his car cleaned there saw my car and found out how much I was charged he stated "You could have been screwed twice and got a room." I am very disappointed with the service and management of this location. I do have to say that the attendant who came out when I picked up my car was very helpful and tried to correct some of the issues. I do not understand why a manager did not come out and walk around my car with me. read more
