Maintenance requests take months to complete, they're not super responsive on their text lines or emails, etc. The emergency lines taped(?) above the mailboxes were basically useless when we really needed them. The only time the management company was actually on top of it was when we paid prorated rent for the month we were leaving and they apparently didn't know that we were leaving in the middle of the month. They would text and even send a paper notice about how we didn't pay the full rent.. despite giving 30 days notice in the portal as instructed and confirming with the leasing agent that we were allowed to pay prorated rent instead of the full month. They even sent a notice saying our rent would go up the next month (we'd be gone weeks before then). As for the apartment itself: it's definitely not "luxury". Not sure about their other properties but the one I was at was just an old complex with tons of issues. The photos usually look way better than the place actually does. Only two washers and dryers for 16 units that would sometimes have issues (eating coins, not working) and would take weeks to even months to fix. Apartment walls are thin and you can often hear neighbors talking. The paint they use is ridiculously cheap. Chips extremely easily, can stick to things if you're not careful. They charge the full painting fee (I remember it was pretty steep) if you've lived there for 1-3 years. The cabinetry was old and would release sawdust, was painted over so many times that some of them would be hard to open. The windows are slats where you turn to open them up like blinds instead of regular sliding ones. Parking is a nightmare in there because of how poorly designed it is but the nice thing is that it's tandem. The only things I can really say that was good about the property was the fact that they did have nicer appliances than the pictures they had on zillow. The cleaning crew do a great job at sweeping up the common areas and keeping it relatively clean. Shahram was our saving grace during the entire process of applying, touring, and even stepping in to help when we had that emergency even though it was late at night. Overall wouldn't recommend. Definitely not for long-term, short-term is alright if you really need it.

Communication is not the greatest, and got a "I have more important files to worry about" when we could have closed Thursday or Friday, but ended up closing monday. Simple things like sending letters/checks that are important via USPS first class mail, when an important payment is needed in 2 days instead of 2 day or overnight, after sending to the wrong address the first time. I would advise looking elsewhere and if your a buyers agent press to not use them, especially in a buyers market as we are in.

She researched it and responded to me after we had already pulled out. Then, she helped expedite the return of our escrow check so that we could fund our next house that we immediately found. I absolutely recommend this team, especially Veronica, to anyone that needs an escrow company with incredible customer service. I wish the new lister was using them for our new purchase.

We pressed on with the painful process that started in November 2020 it's March 2021 now and we still don't have keys to our home. Escrow has been paid 30,000 and everything has been signed for. My payment is due April 1st. She won't answer my calls and will refuse to send me paperwork that I've requested. She said we would get keys today March 6th but apparently that has now been pushed back again. If you value honesty and integrity this place isn't it.
