The fluffy feather seat cushions are nap-inducing, the soft back cushions cry out "embrace me" - all in all, a statement sofa. After a tiring and thorough slog through the furniture stores of Vancouver, it was suggested that I try Sofa So Good. Afterwards, I was free to wander around independently to check out their samples. I definitely prefer seeing the rugs in person because I wouldn't be able to tell how different the textures of the rugs were from just the pictures and descriptions online. Also, you get to see how much nicer many of them really are. Once I made my choice, I placed the order online. I was anxious to get my rug quickly and they were able to deliver within the week at a convenient time after work hours. Their correspondence with me throughout the process was always professional and polite. I highly recommend checking them out.

Jordans Flooring (Burnaby) installed flooring in our apartment in 2017. The workmanship was poor,…read moreand even after an attempted fix, issues remained. Transition pieces were not properly glued down, baseboard nails were not set flush, and the caulking was poorly done--problems that are still visible today. I lived with these issues for years because fixing them once was not enough and I did not want to deal with the issue again. The manager at the time did offer me a partial refund so I didn't ask for a 2nd fix. In hindsight I should have. Recently, I re-engaged Jordans because I need to redo my flooring. Engaging with the current store manager I was told in person that we would be "taken care of" and "hooked up" because of the 2017 experience. What followed was a 10¢/sqft price reduction (about $55 total). When I raised this marginal discount, the alternative offered was removing recommended services of leveling and voiding warranty. This process wasted significant time and did not rebuild confidence with Jordan's. We chose another contractor.

I waited more than 4 hours because they did not have enough workers. In the end, I had to help myself. The seller was not respectful and did not have good customer service. When one carpet had a problem and I asked for an exchange, they asked me to pay an extra $200. This was not what they promised. I did not see honesty or respect in this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please be careful before buying from here.

Everything is modern and stylish with some unique furniture that I haven't seen elsewhere. I was so comfortable browsing the room and I can picture so many of these pieces in my new home. Staff are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I just moved recently and I was browsing to see what furniture would suit my space. She was genuinely helpful without being pushy, and what stood out most was how she shared a bit of story and background behind each piece rather than just listing features. Even though we didn't purchase anything, the experience itself was enjoyable and never felt transactional. Chandra's customer service alone made me want to leave a review.
