We were going to just walk in and find out when we could book 2 pedicures and they said come on it in. Our pedicure artist, Thu, took great care of us from soaking and rub down of legs and feet scrubbing to excellent pedicures for each of us and a paraffin soak at the end was a great added extra I've not had before. Thu was gentle but thorough and very professional in her care of sanitized clean tools and area. It was just over an hour for each and an extremely reasonable $53.00 each not including tip. We are very happy with our pedicures here and highly recommend Thu! Lots of free, easy parking right out front. Arrived when they weren't busy with my granddaughter to get our nails done. Checked in as requested and had a seat to wait patiently. After 10 minutes, three other customers came in and were immediately helped and asked to take a seat either at the pedicure areas or the nail bar. None of them had pre-existing appointments. When I made it known that we were still waiting, the owner did nothing to correct the matter. I walked out with my granddaughter in tow trying to explain why she couldn't get her nails done as promised. Thanks to the owner for saving me close to $250. We went home and did our own nails. Too expensive, Dirty, Shady. Rude. The prices listed on their "services" are vague as any "upgrades" I.e., French design and/or gel have additional cost, but that information is not provided until you check out. Therefore, my $35 pedicure (the price listed) ended up being $70 before tip. Additionally, they recently installed an ATM machine in the salon and aggressively encourage you to withdraw the money as it "only costs $1.00" to withdraw money and they will give you a 3% discount. However, the small print clearly states the $1.00 withdraw does NOT include what your bank will charge or any additional charges nor are you provided what your bank will charge as normal ATM machines provide. If you do not withdraw cash from their ATM they get very upset and rude as the gentleman said to me, "oh, you don't have the money to take out?" When I told him I did not want to withdraw money he assured me "the machine is very safe" and when I still politely declined to withdraw the money he got more upset and told me I would then be charged an additional 3% for my total bill to run my card. And again asking, "are you sure you won't withdraw the money?" I hope the additional 3% they made from me, along with the additional "up charges" was worth it as I will NEVER go back and never recommend their salon to anyone! read more

Disappointing. I have been a client off and on for about 4-5 years, but the past 3 times I've gone for pedicures the service, the experience and the final product were low quality. I have gone at 530 or 6pm and there aren't enough nail techs. Thus, they put you in a pedi chair and your feet soak for 20-30 min (or longer!) until the tepid water is cold. I get the impression that unless you want gel or other higher priced services, they just rush you through. My daughter and I went earlier this week for pedis, the guy frowned when I said regular polish, and then we had to ask him to trim and shape. He was going to paint without even trimming. They no longer use the LED lights either, and the clear polish they put on as top coat does NOT harden the polish. As soon as you slide your foot into the sandal you smudge and fudge. My pedi looks 2-3 weeks old already. This salon has definitely declined in quality. read more

I went today and waited for 30 minutes in a chair before even being thought of. After my pedicure I got a manicure the guy didn't even cut all my finger nails. He cut 2 on each hand. Then I got my eyebrows waxed. The wax was way to hot for the face. therefore it burned my skin. Please don't go here it was a waste if money. If I could give a 0 I would. I took my sister to go get her nails done tonight, as a Christmas present and these people FUCKED UP my sister's nails. When we refused to pay, because of the way they looked, crooked, bad line art for the nails, and all around nasty asf, they ripped off her nails left her fingers bleeding and berated her. She was full on crying because of how they did it, and honestly should get a law suit on their ass for how disgusting they treat people. Very disappointed came in last week set for over and hour with no service once so ever so I got up and left....came back in today to give another chance and was next in line 3 people came in for pedis after me they wanted gel polish so they got to go before me I set in cold water for 2 hours before even being touched!! Back in the fall I came in and my hill was cut wide open and had to be put on antibiotics for infection! Worst service ever. I wanted a manicure and they chopped all my nails way too short. Didn't ask just cut them. They even tore my skin around the nail. The color I picked out was a light pink. You couldn't even tell the polish was on. I complained to the manager and she didn't help. Paid and walked out. Never going back. The first time I went I was very satisfied. The second time I was rushed in and out. You could tell they did not take their time or care if I was pleased. I was told I was over charged for services when I called and asked about prices for services. Charged double actually. I went back and they refused to refund me. Apparently the pricing isn't the same as when I asked. $45 per pedicure plus add $20 more per gel per person. The manicure with gel was only $30. I paid $160. Ridiculous. Standard. I received a gel manicure for $30 and it took about 30 minutes. She filed my nails quite short without asking my preference and kept trying to sell me on additional services (wax, pedicure, etc). Other than that the woman who did my nails was very pleasant to talk to. Additionally there was a small child that kept everyone entertained. Odd thing, I felt like my skin was being burned by the UV light drying my nails- this may not be the salons fault but I haven't experienced it before.
