I have had my hair messed up multiple times by a certain stylist and it doesn't change it's a nice atmosphere and everyone is friendly it's just the hair training could use a lot of work!! read more

The man that works there is awful and rude. I called about 3 hours ahead and asked if I could make…read morean appointment and said, "no appointments, you wait". I expressed that I've made appointments in the past and he still said, "you wait" and hangs up. I was calling to get my 2 pinkie's fixed that I got done a week ago. ANYWAYS, I come in and sit to wait.. he stands up and said to another customer "2pm Appointment? You?" My jaw dropped. Mind you that there is another female in here with an appointment. I have gotten my nails buy him once and he grinded my thumb to almost the meat. It was so thin and sore. He is also very rough with the dremel or whatever it is. The only good thing about this play is his wife... she does awesome work and is extremely nice but this may be my last time after my nails get fixed. Oh btw, I don't think they clean their equipment correctly. Just FYI.

I have been to this business a handful of times over the last few years and had a few "ok" visits…read moreand some not so "ok" visits, but never a great experience. The quality of the work is sub-par and they are never overly friendly. My last visit left a bad taste in my mouth though. I came in for a basic pedicure, but they were busy at the time. I put my name on a list along with my phone number and took a seat on the bench outside the doors. I waited and waited with my phone in hand for the phone call I was promised as soon as someone was available. Others came in behind me and followed suit. I then began to notice that several people that had come in after me were being waited on before me. I approached the man at the register that proceeded to tell me it wasn't my turn yet and pointed to the list. I informed him that the name he was pointing to was not me. He then looked at the list of names that had already been waited on and he had crossed off my name without calling. Fine, whatever. No apology or anything. (It had been an hour at this point.) He placed me in a pedicure chair and said someone would be with me in a moment. So, I wait some more. Forty-five minutes later, someone finally comes over to do my pedicure (my feet were already prune-y). I then got a pedicure, was charged full price, and left. He didn't even put a clear top coat on. Super unhappy!

Gave us a paper on hair care. They even have a salon chair for children. Andrea is their new stylist. Very friendly. There is a boutique in the front. Loved the clothing. Booked my next visit while I was there.

I went to hair graphics after a really bad haircut in another shop. I was a walk in, and asked if…read morethere was someone available. A young lady was brought to me, and I thought she was the shampoo girl. The other stylists all had nice clothes on, and their hair done. This young lady was wearing torn (possibly dirty) jeans and an old t-shirt. Her hair looked like she just rolled out of bed. I was hopeful though. After a bad experience prior, this young lady listened to what I wanted. She did give me a great shampoo. I didn't feel like she finished the style, as my hair looked messy, so I asked to have some curl put into the style. I also had my eyebrows done. She did a great job with that. I'd recommend her there! In the end, the haircut was pretty close to what I wanted, and I was able to work with it when I got home. She DID listen to what I wanted, which was more than the first attempt, in another salon had done. I started to wonder if any of the younger stylists care how they look, since this was the second stylist, (at the other salon) that didn't seem to care. I read some really great reviews about Hair Graphics but, in the end, I gave this experience just an "OK' rating. It's just my opinion but, looks matter when you are walking into a salon for the first time, and I worried that, if the stylist didn't care how she looked, why would she care if I looked ok, walking out?
