The front desk staff was always very friendly whether on the phone or in person the day of my tattoo. Eric had done a drawing from a photo of a tattoo that I had sent him. It was an tribal drummer / kokopelli figure. He did an excellent job! Exactly like the picture I sent him. He was totally cool & made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first tattoo. I would totally recommend Wild Zero & Eric! If I get another one that will be my choice!

I got my nostril pierced, and my friends got their septum and navel pierced, respectively. The awesome woman who pierced us (Sera) isn't always on site so make sure to call ahead! We all had a great time conversing with the staff, all of whom are professional and friendly. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient with me as I asked about prices for everything over the phone (and he was super friendly and cute in person!). They also have a nice variety of jewelry to choose from for your inital piercing, which I think is especially great. You can also purchase jewelry there as well, and many of the pieces have a lifetime warranty. Anyway, I proudly display my Painted Lady Tattoo bumper sticker on my laptop so everyone knows where to go for quality service!

Each artist has a private room for the actual tattooing too, which was nice. Kelechi was great! He really takes the time to work with you, and makes it a priority to make time for touch ups if needed. I had him draw up my first tattoo, and I love it! The tattoo took a pretty long time to finish, but the time flew talking to him, and he made sure that I was as comfortable as possible the whole time.
