Her office number is 631 269 0180. I recommend dropping by ahead of time when the office is open to pick up the paperwork, which consists of six pages to be completed by the patient. I did not plan ahead, so I walked into the office unprepared and had to fill out all the papers on the spot before I could see Dr. pincus. Once I saw her, she did a good thorough exam- weight, drew blood, obtained a urine sample. She asked all the usual questions, took my blood pressure, listened to my heart, etc. I also recommend, if you see other medical people, give them a heads-up and ask them to share any test results with Dr. Pincus. Her office is clean, pleasant, well-lighted, one-story and easy to negotiate, with plenty of parking available. I got an excellent, thorough, unrushed exam and visit. she also gave me a flu shot and recommended I get a Covid vaccine in a few weeks. a very pleasant visit!

The receptionist is so selfish and rude, why would you bother making an appointment with her…read moresnapping back at every question? There is no sense of customer service or coordination of care and definitely not a hint of any desire to help. The burden is on you to do everything (e.g., check insurance coverage with referrals, fax medical records, update their office listings in insurer's directories), so I wouldn't trust physicians who don't check for quality in the staff they hire to do nothing to attract and retain patients except make their lives miserable simply because they can get away with it. I'll take family's health and business elsewhere. Someone who treats patients this poorly can't possibly reflect well for the physicians caring about someone's health if they let this pass for customer care. I don't even want to imagine the potential nightmare of dealing with staff who have no sensitivity for dealing with seniors and their complications.
