Being already stressed and overwhelmed due to recent medical-related issues, I forgot the name of one of my medications. The doctor who I saw had the audacity give me a lecture about how to be a "big girl" and I should know every detail about my meds since I have a smart phone. I called my pharmacy and found out the name I couldn't remember. I understand it's bad on my part as the patient to remember the name of the medication, but it's completely disrespectful for a medical professional to lecture a patient the way that she did. I am a 29-year-old woman with a college degree who made a minor mistake that was easily fixed. No need for the flippant commentary. I think it may be time to save ties with Dr. Brook's office since some of his colleagues don't know how to be respectful.

I called Fidelis in the office and they told me that was a lie. I had this explained to them by Fidelis and they said that the doctor wanted to leave early and couldnt see me. So the NP would rather lie to a patient. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and laughing. I was ill and said it was urgent. There was 1 person in the waiting room. They are on my list of providers. Not sure what was going on there but I will never go back. I have never been treated so poorly

He makes her wait for 2-3 hours every time she goes and we are so fed up. It's amazing this guy is still in business and probably because he's the only one around there. We have found another doctor in Medford so hopefully that works out. It saddens me that professionals still treat people like it's the middle - ages and nobody does anything to regulate them. Very sad sad sad! Stay away from Dr. B - he's a quack and I'm sure you'll find a lot more dirt on him if you did the research. BEWARE!!

You call and the wait time is unbelievable so you ask for a call back and any normal person with a job can't be at the ready for when they call back so you miss it. They updated this to call back at a set time but they don't call at that exact time and then you need to move on and you end up missing it again. I've been trying to move an appointment for a week which now means I only have a couple days until the appointment and I need to be seen but can't. It's unbelievable and horrible service when it comes to caring for the patients in need. It's like a factory and there is no personal touch. I was also diagnosed with a disease that I received antibiotics for but now I have no other direction except to wait for an appointment 2 months from now.
