My first thought was WTF is ROLFING!!! My next thought was wow that sounds like the kind of punishment I want without even knowing what it was! Also for those of you reading this if your thinking Rolfing means like whips,chains,handcuffs and leather kind of pain! GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER! THIS IS NOT THAT KIND OF PLACE. Katherine brings a good pain relief by hitting those deep spots most massage therapists have no clue how to get to. I would recommend highly to anyone who appreciates that very specific work on a certain area hitting every muscle and nerve just right. My lower back from traveling many hours and my shoulder from bad sleep on bad hotel mattresses feels new again! If you have a challenge area where you feel like it is always nagging you this is the place to go. I promise i feel i am going to make the trip out this way from California just to make sure i can see her for this technique.
