I love cheese. Their Ladysmith w/ chives is my favorite. I recently had a stay-cation in Skagit. I…read morehad tried a few different cheeses they create from various farmers markets and my csa carries a few as well. You must make the relaxing trip to their shop. Bring a cooler as you're going to buy a lot. The shop carries a lot of great products like wine, meat, soup bones, phenomenal salami and of course cheese. I loved it so much, I made a second trip just before heading back to Seattle. As much as I love a quick jaunt from Seattle, they do sell their products at two of Seattle's largest farmers markets and you can place orders online. The Gouda is next level!!! Run don't walk. This place will knock your socks off.

Discover is an accepted form of payment. An adorable farm store featuring farm-to-table products such as eggs, yogurt, cheese, cheesecake. A variety of pantry items are also available to pair with one's fresh purchase. Support of local products is evident and appreciated. Cider and wine can be purchased to compliment cheese and crackers. Cheese can be purchased in pre-weighed rounds or by the ounce. I purchased the Queso Diablo, Basil Ladysmith and Dill cheese along with some crackers. Service was friendly. It would have been helpful choosing if samples were available.

Walked into this unsuspecting gem of a place today after hearing much about it. Was greeted warmly…read moreby Hailey. I said I heard I needed to try the sandwiches. She said the best sellers were the crab and lobster rolls, but her favorite was the spicy shrimp. She lit up when I said that sounds great. And she was right. She brought it out while I was viewing the yummy pickled offerings and checking out all the other store goodies in this quaint country store. She was proud of it and even opened it to show me. I couldn't resist adding an extra half pound of the ahi poke. I returned to my truck and knew I had to get after the sandwich before getting on the road so there I went. I am a road warrior for work and get into my fair share of sandwiches during a work week. So worth the stop. It was perfect and came with a side of potato salad which didn't disappoint either. Definitely top sandwich I've had this year. The poke was on point and instantly reminded me of being in Hawaii getting my poke to go out of the deli at Foodland. I had to run back in after and tell her thank you for the recommendation and got a high five and a big smile. Go visit. Ask for Hailey. Get the spicy shrimp and poke. You'll be super happy you did.

A fish market with a variety of local farm and gourmet products as well…read more The staff is friendly, the fish selection is good, the fish is fresh, and one can always buy a variety of other things as well -- we got some fresh picked local asparagus, as well as some king salmon. We've been going there for years. Sadly, they no longer offer ice cream cones (just ice cream in pints and quarts) - they explained to me that they were overwhelmed by people who just wanted ice cream, and that it made it hard to sell fish. The penalty of popularity. If you need fish, whether to consume nearby, or to take home on ice, this is a great place to buy it - conveniently located on route 20, not far from I-5.
