Well, now Golden Fortune knows how to decorate. There's no mistaking inside and out that it's a Chinese Restaurant, all the way down to the little cat (maneki-neko) that beckons/waves at you as you pay for your bill. There weren't many westerners in there when I went in with my family, and I guess that's why the waitress seemed astounded we were all proficient in the use of chopsticks. She taught us a few new tricks none-the-less!
The food was yummy, though a tad on the expensive side. I guess they plan to make a fortune, hence the name. I was very keen on having some duck, as it smelt really quite amazing. These guys are also very good with lobster, and have a few live ones for you to pick from. I don't eat lobster, because I'd rather not see it swimming before on my plate, but some people seem to enjoy that pass time... read more
