There's just enough sauce to go with the meat that it doesn't seem dry or too much sauce that it turns into a chinese Sloppy Joe. As far as siopao goes though, these are a little on the pricier side. At 65php, it's a pretty good meal. Kowloon House is probably the only actual Chinese restaurant around the area (apart from Caution Hot!) now that I think about it.
