The restaurant had a typical pub-like atmosphere, with a large bar and plenty of seating. I ordered the steak fingers, since I saw a good review of them. They weren't bad, but desperately in need of seasoning of some kind, either on the breading or the steak itself. They came with white gravy, but it was kind of bland as well. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but I would recommend trying something else on the menu.

Once I got my food it was cold, the steak on the inside was cold like its been sitting for hrs. I then waited with my arms crossed for 20 min to see if a server would come check on me. No one ever came because they was all at the bar talking, laughing and looking on their cell phones..I walked to the bar and told her my food was cold. Service is good as well even though they stay pretty busy all the time, they get the food out in a good amount of time. The lobby is very clean almost all the time. They have a great Manager to help keep it that way. But I have a couple of complaints as well. In those 2 yrs I lived here when I go in to order, their soda fountain has been out of service, so the cashier always has to go me ice and the kind of soda I drink, even if I get tea they still have to get me my ice. That really doesn't make sense corporate should have fixed that or got them a new one by now, the other complaint is, the fryer either needs worked on or a new fryer, that one has been acting weird for few weeks I guess. Well I go inside to eat dinner and it's really smokey in there, they said they were very sorry about the smoke but it's their fryer. This is the only chicken place left in (Snyder) Texas and it's really good chicken so corporate or someone higher up better step in and do something, so we can have a good place to eat.
