The food was perfect Place was clean Fast service I would definitely recommend Yelp is annoying for making me add more characters to this review read more

18 piece's of fried chicken cost $69.20 cent's. You read that right. 15 legs and three breast with a small order of fries and small mashed potato and a small mac n cheese with an extra side of rolls cost $60.20. When I called the restaurant to ask where the restaurant of the sides were for the "Family Meal" they said since your daughter only put in the three sides that's all we gave. No discount for not getting family sized sides just another $8.00 charge for another side. They charged for the extra side. For this to get fixed I need to go back to the restaurant 30 plus minutes away and pick up the sides. "That's all we can do" per the manager. You will NEVER see a fking penny of my money agains read more

Golden Chick - My receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Greenville, Texas

The moistest, crispy coated chicken tenders I've ever had-and I'm 62YO! The employees are always friendly and keep the restaurant clean. With so many chicken places to choose from, my top choice is Golden Chick! Yummy French fries too... read more

This is the first--and last--time I will be dining at a Golden Chick. I arrived at this location at about 9:40 pm for a late dinner and ordered a 3 piece fried chicken dinner "dining in." Shortly after my food came out, as I was settling in, the employee behind the counter motioned to another employee in the dining room, who came to my table and told me I had THREE minutes left before they closed! I pretty much had to inhale my meal and did not get to enjoy it at all. About the same time this was going on, another customer--of the same ethnicity as the employees--ordered at the counter and was allowed to dine in! As I am convinced that the employees held a racial bias towards me, I cannot recommend dining at Golden Chick. read more

Golden Chick - a plate of fried chicken and a cup of coffee - Fast Food Near Me - Greenville, Texas

The chicken was good and hot. The team members were not really on track for a restaurant. The inside could use an upgrade. It was average place to get fried chicken on the run. read more

Negative 5 if possible in this restaurant. Our 2nd and last visit. The new fish sure looks good on the commercial for golden chick. Here it is in real life. $16 in the trash. We ordered a fish sandwich and a fish meal. Both were nasty.. The corn nuggets are good though. I don't mind waiting for 7 minutes for them to cook it. I wanted it hot and fresh. It was certainly refried (as in leftover then fried again). It was not hot and it was the most disgusting thing ever seen from a restaurant. Not to mention the kid came out to my car with his pants down to his knees. This was gross. This is the second time we have tried this particular golden chick and will never return, got burned twice now. It needs to be shut down! read more

Golden Chick - Fast Food Near Me - Greenville, Texas

Drive-thru service was awful. Lids not secured on any drinks. Asked what type of sauce we wanted but did not put in bag. No napkins, no eating utensils. Sone young people do not respect their jobs. Very evident here. read more

Great customer service thanks to Eva at the front counter. The chicken was so fresh, soft and tasty. I got the roasted chicken meal. Best okra I've had in a long time. I'll definitely come here again. Steve G. read more

When at other locations my meals were always good. This location has disappointed twice now. Food is incredibly greasy. My husband and I ordered cod. We had to soak off what we could from the batter as it was soaked. The crust was so over cooked and hard, even the plastic knife (the only one left in the store) couldn't cut thru it easily. There was more crust than edible fish. My mother-in-laws roast chicken was almost as bad. The only edible item on my plate was okra. Green beans were ok but not great. Iced tea was good. Employees do not wear masks. Will not return. Recommend you don't waste your time or money here. read more

This place is terrible. First they took our order and failed to mention it would be a wait. Fine, we decided we'd prefer fresh food anyway so we waited. Over 5 min later we got our food and low and behold the chicken was not hot and no way just made and the fries super soggy. We asked for fresh fries and the drive through lady slammed the window on us and was very angry and rude. We should have asked for our money back and given them their food back but we are traveling and in a hurry. Will never stop at this place again Employee: blonde girl with scorpion tattoo under her ear needs to be fired read more

My wife and I eat at Golden Chick frequently. This place is not in the same league with the Princeton or Mckinney, TX stores. We visited on 11-29-2016. There were 4 or 5 people in the kitchen area. We stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes before someone came up to take my order. The place was not clean inside or out. The rest room was nasty. The food was actually good. There was no self serve ice-cream machine in the dining area. When I asked the clerk, she had to check with someone. There is a soft serve machine in the kitchen, but it was inoperative. The free ice-cream is always a treat at the Chick. Very disappointed! The good food was not enough to balance the sloppy service. I won't go back to this Golden Chick! read more

I ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon, drive thru, app would'nt work again. imagine that, got a 3pc roast, chicken was ok, not really hot and seemed like been sitting out a while, mashed potatoes were cold. Seems like at this time, its always like that. Will have to go closer to noon or dinner time for hot food. read more

I went here about a month ago (7-11-17)and watch the manager at the time basically treat the customers before me with disrespect and talked down to them and all they did was inform her that their order was messed up and then when me and my wife ordered our food she kept talking about them and how difficult they where to us. She was even rude to us just not to the extent she was with them. I actually will never go back. Customer service is your job and if you can't talk to the customer with respect then quit. Because of that I don't think I'll ever return to this location read more

This spicy chicken strips are the bomb.com. I would give them 5 stars but they could improve the cleanliness.

Easily one of the cleanest establishments I've been to (of any restaurant) service was very friendly, and polite. Food was above average, will keep this place in mind next time I'm through here. read more

I had passed this business several times . . . their building doesn't have a lot of curb appeal . . . but, it was a convenient stop and sufficient food for us one day, and we were pleasantly surprised at how fresh, tasty, and fulfilling it was. We have been back several times since then, and will stop in next time they fill the bill. read more

Awful experience walked in and it smelled like a nasty restroom. The chicken was dry and had a bad taste to it the potatoes were instant potato quality and the mac and cheese tasted like they forgot the cheese. Would not recommend. read more
