The easiest way to put it is small chicken, high price, and a subpar product. The young lady at the window was very nice. I only ordered the roasted chicken, and she said they only had chicken legs, wings, and thighs. Then she said they only had seven pieces of roasted chicken and one fried (dried) chicken leg. The total came to approximately $23.80, and the chicken was tiny, but it did have four rolls. I do not see how a place like this can stay around for long doing poor business, continue to raise their prices, give small pieces of chicken, and provide subpar service to a minority community. My husband and I went to this GC for the 3rd time since it has been there. ALL 3 times a SHAME!. I chiose to write a review because I plan to NEVER return. We ordered $20.00 worth of food only for them to ask me to pull around because the tenders weren't ready. But they still bought my husband food minus the add on shrimp they suggested and he ordered and the extra roll. After sitting in the car for almost 10 more minutes he just ate what was in front of him. I gave a 2 star because the Tenders were fresh and hot. however the missing food long waits drive through full of crew memebers who still forgot BOTH sauces I paid .29 for and didn't get among so MANY things my husband was so upset and STILL hungry he went to Popeyes!... They have 4 big TVs inside that were playing sports and some funny videos AND the fact that they have super comfy booths to sit in makes me want to visit more than I care to admit. Placed my order at the drive thru. Had issues with the person that had taken my order because she was confused as to what I ordered. I received my food and checked it to make sure it was correct (because every time I go there I always have issues with my order being wrong). I get home and take a sip of my drink and there is a grainy substance. At first I thought it was sugar that was not dissolved but I looked inside and there was some black granules in the tea. I poured it out and it was a lot of tea grounds (at least I hope it was) in the bottom of the cup. This is so disgusting.... My chicken was over cooked as well (roasted chicken). The disappointment of over cooked chicken is one thing but to be disgusted by tea grounds in my cup is unacceptable. I will not visit this location again!!! read more

I love golden chicken. I usually go to the one closer to my home, however, I decided to try this one since I was in the area. I sooo wish I would have went to my regular location. Every aspect of my order was disgusting! The Raspberry lemonade was nothing but flavored water, the jalapeño popper were hard and rubbery. The fries were decent. The chicken!! The chicken was aweful! I ordered the wicked wings. OmGoodness. They must of been sitting on the heating rack since yesterday. I have the worst aftertaste in my mouth! I'm also nauseous! Went to this new location thinking it'll have good service I was wrong. Ordered a family meal through drive through, asked the lady if the rolls were inside the box with the chicken and she said," they should be" not good customer service! I checked and they weren't in there. Had to go back inside just for the rolls. When I went inside I don't know if the cashier was busy or what but when I tried talking and telling her the rolls were missing she put her finger up basically saying to wait. Very unprofessional!!!!
