I cant believe that the insist on being right and see clients leave because of a problem they had and they admitted to have. I was expecting an apology with a courtesy for the treatment they gave me, and instead they wanted to raise the rate on me, without an apology, unbelievable. As Im writing this, Schumacher Subaru called me to wish me a Happy 40th Birthday and to see if there was anything they could do for me. $50 worth of groceries lost, I don't own a refrigerator. When I reached out, I was told the lease "automatically renewed" because I didn't provide 60 days' notice. This predatory clause was never highlighted during the signing process, nor did the management provide any courtesy reminders as the date approached. It is clear that Industrious relies on these unethical "trap" clauses to bolster their revenue at the expense of their members. Furthermore, their communication is nonexistent. I requested a call a week ago to resolve this, and they have completely ignored me. This is the behavior of a desperate company that prioritizes short-term billing over professional ethics. Save yourself the headache and find a workspace provider that values transparency. Avoid at all costs.
