The next day, my calls were blocked, and despite repeatedly asking for help, charges continued to be made to my credit card. In less than one month, more than $400 was taken from my account, even though I never received policy documents. Customer service was extremely frustrating, with long wait times and being transferred from one person to another for hours without a clear resolution. I am very disappointed with this experience and am still requesting a full refund of the money that was charged. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all terms, keep records of all communications, and monitor their credit card statements closely. If you believe the charges were unauthorized, you may also want to contact your credit card company to dispute the charges and file a complaint with your state's insurance department.

En general nunca he podido usar su seguro. Tambien realice una llamada telefonica el 30 de Octubre del 2024 a las 2:20 PM y a las 2:32 PM y explique mi caso y la primera me informo que cualquier cancelacion debe ser 15 dias antes del pago de la poliza. Pedi hablar con un supervisor y me dijo que estaba reunido y hasta hoy a las 10:30 PM del dia 31 de Octubre nadie a llamado.
