It was fine with me and she informed me of the new location and I headed over to see Tony in Harker Heights. He gave me an estimate and USAA had payment to me a day and a half later (5for them too!) I dropped off my ring and said I'd be wearing it again by the holidays! That was at maybe 140pm, then I went to eat and shop in Heights. Anthony Joseph just moved to Harker Heights from by Killeen Mall so their contact info needs an update...you take a right off Knight's Way onto Stillhouse and it's on your left with the spa and orange theory fitness and some other store fronts that aren't open yet bc it's brand new. At 330pm I got a call saying my ring was ready! I was shocked and it was perfect timing! I just finished at Ross dress for less! Picked it up and looked amazing and polished and they even sonic cleaned my wedding band while I did paperwork and payment. Came out better than expected! Will definitely be coming here for future jewelry work, creations and purchases. The owner and everyone there is So nice, including Dutch, their beefy, beautiful and friendly pup who is probably 1/4 of the reason I returned to have my ring repaired there...who doesn't love a sweet pup! I have previously left a positive review for this company and I had a genuinely positive experience…read morethat time. Today I called to ask about selling an item and was told to bring it in and they will check it out and if they buy it, I would be offered 1/5 of the retail price, which is $500. I know it's in excellent condition and working perfectly. I took it in, the gentleman confirmed it's working, great. Then the manager came over and told him to not buy it for more than $25, because it's not a common item. I understand that policy, don't over pay for something you won't be able to profit off of. But if the manager knows that these types of items are only going to be bought for $25, then the rest of her staff should know that too. How are employees supposed to give accurate information if they don't know the "other rules"??? If customer service is a priority, this would have been a great time to make an exception, pay the 1/5 retail price and do better next time by informing your employees. I paid them even though I told the cashier "I did not think this was my jewelry" because it did not look like it did when I dropped it off . I came back later because the small latch had broken. They said they would replace it for free, and they would give me back another latch to replace the one that I dropped off. *After I brought it to their attention that I had pictures of my jewelry previous to dropping it off it was two toned, * they acknowledged it & replaced the two-tone finish on one side of the anklet instead of both. obviously I've been overcharged for the service. Approximately $100 worth of gold, that was about the price that I had to pay for them to replace it, and basically make my jewelry less valuable. Initially everyone was so willing to help me but today when I showed up after the many times that I've showed up to inquire about receiving my gold latch back or my refund the redhead assistant didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there with my service animal. Waiting. And to humor me and add insult to injury she gave me the same response that she does every time I show up "I've called the headquarters and I've called the repair and nobody's giving me an answer" It's been over 6 months and I feel like a "debt collector" because I am obviously owed. I asked her to Simply refund my original Money you couldn't do that either so after 6 months obviously they don't want to give me my money back or the gold latch I was told my the manager I would receive. My fiance's ring was $179 originally. My ring was priced out $449. My fiance and I decided to go back in August for the rings. A day later, Kendrick called and left a message with my finace. Kendrick included that my fiance's ring was $30.56 and my ring was down to $221!!!! This was super exciting, as we are on a budget! That next day, we rushed to see Kendrick. We got my fiance's ring for $30.56 and the insurance was only $15! We checked out of there soo cheap! We also got to see Kendrick who was so nice and considerate enough to contact us when he knew a good deal! One draw back: I tried on a 1/4 karat t.w. anniversary band for $449 on my initial visit. I went to another jewelry store and found that I like the 1/2 karot better. On the second visit, I told a Samuels associate (not sure of name) that I didn't want to buy the 1/4 anymore... I wanted to try on the 1/2. She said, "Okay" and just rang up my fiance's $30 ring!! I mean, come on, she could have let me try on the 1/2 and then gave me the price but she did not want to go the extra mile.
