It was fine with me and she informed me of the new location and I headed over to see Tony in Harker Heights. He gave me an estimate and USAA had payment to me a day and a half later (5for them too!) I dropped off my ring and said I'd be wearing it again by the holidays! That was at maybe 140pm, then I went to eat and shop in Heights. Anthony Joseph just moved to Harker Heights from by Killeen Mall so their contact info needs an update...you take a right off Knight's Way onto Stillhouse and it's on your left with the spa and orange theory fitness and some other store fronts that aren't open yet bc it's brand new. At 330pm I got a call saying my ring was ready! I was shocked and it was perfect timing! I just finished at Ross dress for less! Picked it up and looked amazing and polished and they even sonic cleaned my wedding band while I did paperwork and payment. Came out better than expected! Will definitely be coming here for future jewelry work, creations and purchases. The owner and everyone there is So nice, including Dutch, their beefy, beautiful and friendly pup who is probably 1/4 of the reason I returned to have my ring repaired there...who doesn't love a sweet pup! My fiance's ring was $179 originally. My ring was priced out $449. My fiance and I decided to go back in August for the rings. A day later, Kendrick called and left a message with my finace. Kendrick included that my fiance's ring was $30.56 and my ring was down to $221!!!! This was super exciting, as we are on a budget! That next day, we rushed to see Kendrick. We got my fiance's ring for $30.56 and the insurance was only $15! We checked out of there soo cheap! We also got to see Kendrick who was so nice and considerate enough to contact us when he knew a good deal! One draw back: I tried on a 1/4 karat t.w. anniversary band for $449 on my initial visit. I went to another jewelry store and found that I like the 1/2 karot better. On the second visit, I told a Samuels associate (not sure of name) that I didn't want to buy the 1/4 anymore... I wanted to try on the 1/2. She said, "Okay" and just rang up my fiance's $30 ring!! I mean, come on, she could have let me try on the 1/2 and then gave me the price but she did not want to go the extra mile.
