The clerk helping us was super patient and kind, but the lady who I'm assuming was the manager, Mary, was incredibly rude, short-tempered, and made my husband and I feel stupid. Customer service here wasn't worth doing business with them, so we left. There's plenty of other pawn shops around so save yourself time and go elsewhere.
