Both times I have dealt with Rosemary, the Store Manager and she has been very professional and courteous. Two items had to go out for repair and she gave me an estimate of what the cost would be and it was reasonable so went with it. 95% of all my wife's Jewelry has been been bought from Zales. It is a brand I trust.

I took…read moremy anklet 2 toned gold anklet to get the latch replaced it still had the original latch when I dropped it off. when I received it back initially *they have replaced the latch with a much smaller one that was inappropriate for the jewelry * and removed the two-tone finish, and returned it to me like it was nothing. I paid them even though I told the cashier "I did not think this was my jewelry" because it did not look like it did when I dropped it off . I came back later because the small latch had broken. They said they would replace it for free, and they would give me back another latch to replace the one that I dropped off. *After I brought it to their attention that I had pictures of my jewelry previous to dropping it off it was two toned, * they acknowledged it & replaced the two-tone finish on one side of the anklet instead of both. obviously I've been overcharged for the service. Approximately $100 worth of gold, that was about the price that I had to pay for them to replace it, and basically make my jewelry less valuable. Initially everyone was so willing to help me but today when I showed up after the many times that I've showed up to inquire about receiving my gold latch back or my refund the redhead assistant didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there with my service animal. Waiting. And to humor me and add insult to injury she gave me the same response that she does every time I show up "I've called the headquarters and I've called the repair and nobody's giving me an answer" It's been over 6 months and I feel like a "debt collector" because I am obviously owed. Chuck…read morecalled me back and, although by the time he did, I had figured out the problem, I had to leave a review to say how friendly, courteous, and helpful he was. I had made a number of calls to people, and either I couldn't reach anyone or the person I reached couldn't help me or wasn't interested. Very frustrating. In the future, I am going to call Master Tech Repairs if I need any help with my electronics, and I urge others to do so also. Chuck is the type of person we, sadly, see less and less of in today's world.
