so I came in to get a few things back that I had gotten a loan for which after going to two other locations these wonderful ladies gave me the best price for it all. thank you again for that. but while paying for my stuff and having no intention to buy anything I saw a pair of iPhone headphones brand new that I got, and a power tool I've needed for quite some time at honestly the cheapest I could ever hope to find it for. I come here every two weeks if not every other week.Service has changed lately, your stuff is not worthy anymore.Charlene Check the prices of your stuff whenever she likes or feels it's needed. I jut came today with Switch games and nintendo switch 2 games. Ones of those games we're limited edition retail value of 120$ she says she just can borrow 10$ without double checking for any prices in the sistem. The switch 2 games are 80$ brand new. Charlene and the Afro guy Just blame the new manager. Saying now the prices change because of him. People this places is not what it was. They ask for cables, controlles,Everything that comes with any sistem or Item, so they can accept any items and if you Forfeit that item and you want to buy it back, SURPRISE nothing of what you bring with that sistem or Item is not anymore.They just create bundles with loose stuff they find on the store. I say this because it happened to me a lot of times with different items.Service changed. Your stuff is not worthy. I understand that pawn shops need to make money, but I was lowballed on an item I sold to them. I know this because I sold the exact same item to another pawn shop in the exact same condition and got $100 more. They don't do any research on the actual value of what you're giving, they just pick the lowest option so they can get the most money and leave you hanging. On top of all of that, they have the nerve to be extremely pushy about leaving a review and getting some points card. They pushed me on about leaving a review multiple times BEFORE I got my money. So I'm here leaving a review. I definitely won't be coming back to this place again. read more

It's a small pawn shop with a few electronics, outdoor equipment & video games & DVD's. Nothing special about this place but if you're in the market for any of these items it's worth coming here to see if they have it. The staff seemed nice & were helping other customers. read more

Only because I'm feeling generous will I give two stars. Needing to make some space and get rid of some appliances that we no longer use my wife and I decided to return to this place to give them a second chance. We called first to get a range of what we could possibly expect for a microwave and the employee asked if we had any other merchandise. I mentioned our Keurig. We were given a ballpark estimate of $50 and when we got there between some hemming and hawing between two really slow employees we got low-balled to the point that they gave us $25 for both items which are worth much more. I would have expected at the bare minimum $35 or $40 but feel like we just got the valuation of the microwave only and it's like we gave away the coffee maker for free. Not to be rude but the employee had a very nasty cough the entire time she was sneezing and coughing very juicy and it was really disgusting and hard to wait in this germ infested place. Nobody has mopped the floor since last visit. read more
