They were only going to be here for a little while, as they were taking the train back home at 2:30 pm, so I was REALLY struggling to get ready to meet them (it's really hard to get dressed quickly when you're in all of this pain ). When he tried to drop us to the rental car company they were out to lunch and he reloaded our luggage and took us home without a complaint and was very helpful.
