They had to ask for the pickup/dropoff location several times, after I had already given those to them. The driver's GPS was apparently out so, rather than take the freeway, we wound up driving through downtown Fresno and having to wait for a very slow train. Driver seemed distracted and disoriented. When we got to our location, he couldn't provide change. The whole thing left a rather south taste in my mouth, TBH.

They were only going to be here for a little while, as they were taking the train back home at 2:30 pm, so I was REALLY struggling to get ready to meet them (it's really hard to get dressed quickly when you're in all of this pain ). Then I tried to get in my car and I realized my knee had gotten so swollen I couldn't get it to bend enough to do that. So then I was really freaked out. I have a wonderful private driver I use now and then when my car is in the shop or I have to go to the train station, and I called him but he was on an out-of-town pick-up and couldn't get to me quickly.
