I can't speak to the experience of other people's negative experiences/ reviews but I can tell you for the experience of me and my group of 5 girls that all had tattoos done this past Saturday. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I scheduled my appointment directly with Moe and he kept in constant communication up until the day of the appointment. Yes the place is very laid back and provides a very chill calm environment but it's also very clean and accommodating to everyone that walks thru the door. Can I mention how clean and cool the bathroom is? Listen women look at these things it's in our DNA sorry. That being said, because we were a group of 5 women (some nervous some excited all very talkative individuals) it definitely took a while for Moe to get to everyone yet at no point did he show any signs of frustration with us or acted like he was trying to rush us out the door. Moe took his time and did absolutely beautiful and clean work. He freehanded several of the tattoos to the liking of each of us. Oh and he also made sure we had water and snacks while we were there. I don't know about you, but I can say with complete and absolute certainty that this certainly not the typical tattoo shop that I've been to. Good service is a rare find these days so when you find it...you keep it. These people that are complaining about losing deposits...I'm not sure if they understand the concept of deposits but reading their complaints makes no sense...deposits protect the business from people booking appointments and not showing up...if the artist tried to accommodate them at a later time and they still didn't wish to schedule their appointment then that's on them. I would not recommend this place just because they will steal your money. I put $100 down as a deposit 3 days later Cody kept telling me to look for pictures and still had not showed me any designs he drew. The next day I found out I was pregnant. He basically told me there was no refund, but I can come back after I had the baby. Guess what he got paid for something he didn't even do. I called the tattoo shop and they said everyone is independent and to contact him. I did and to this day he has not responded back. This place is a scam. read more

I've never personally gotten tatted by anyone other than the subject of this review but I work a street over and they frequent my job often and are always so pleasant! Secondly, this review will be about Kelly. I have been a client for about two years now and have gotten every cosmetic tattooing service that she offers done from powder brows to freckles! BUT, there's more! Not only does she offer cosmetic tattooing, she is also a portrait tattoo artist with an impressive portfolio that's easily accessible on her instagram @kelly_deano. And, if you're interested, her instagram dedicated to cosmetic tattooing is @kellymclean.pmu. Last period was added for punctuation purposes, it's not actually part of her handle name. Please take the time to check her out, she is SO talented! But not only is she talented, she is also very sweet and extremely attentive and detail-oriented with her work. Before the service, she sketches out a preview and makes sure you like it before she begins. She checks up on you throughout it to make sure that you're comfortable and depending on which service you're receiving, will apply topical numbing cream throughout the process to reduce any pain. When the service is done, she also checks up on you after a couple of days or weeks to ask how your healing is going and I commend her for that as not very many people put that much care into their work. Overall, I am an avid supporter and always refer anyone looking for cosmetic/portrait tattooing services to her. I extend the same recommendation to you all as well. You will not be disappointed! My piercer was nice, and my septum piercing was not painful. However, I noticed it was very crooked immediately. He assured me once it healed, it would straighten up, but I was not reassured by that. I went back in after looking in the car mirror, and he again repeated himself and took a picture holding it straight himself to show me... I reluctantly said "ok" and left. I went to a different piercing shop, and the piercer there instructed me to immediately take it out due to it being "really crooked" and wait 3 months before piercing again. He said he had it in the right sweet spot, but must've clamped it crooked or something. Very disappointed. Waited over 3 years to have this done. So $40 later and a hole through my nose, and I now just have a sore nose and 3 months to wait. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I had already done my research, so I had a good understanding of aftercare, but he didnt know that. I was only told I could change the piercing in 2 months. read more

Beto is amazing. My husband was looking for an artist to do a piece for his mother. June of 2017 he did the piece for his mother that took 11 hours. This past weekend he did his other piece that took 16 hours. Beto sat and did both in a full setting because we live ten hours away, otherwise he would have done sessions. I got a snug piercing done and my second lobe holes done. The piercer was super nice and knowledgeable, very clean place and everyone made me feel comfortable. I'm super happy with the snug, my second lobe hole on the left side never felt right. I ended up taking it out and my ear felt so much better. So I'm a little sad I paid $50 for lobe piercing to have to take it out a few days later. I def would recommend this place. read more

I came here to have a portrait done by Kelly, as I was very impressed by her portfolio. After a quick consult, I scheduled a full day appointment. The shop was clean and neat. This was my first tattoo, so Kelly took time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. She told me what to do to prepare and provided me with aftercare instructions. Even though the tattoo took a while, I was comfortable the entire time and Kelly took care in sensitive areas. The portrait was exactly what I wanted and the detail was amazing. I went in today for a fix on a small shoulder tattoo and had Fredo. Not only was he amazing, he's incredibly thorough, personable and did more than I even expected. He had his gloves on ready to start, noticed that the chair needed to be tilted back and took those gloves off to touch the chair and put on new ones after.
