Because my nose had been…read morepierced previously and they didn't have to re make a hole, they ended up taking the piercing fee off and just charged for the jewelry which I thought was super nice. The shop was lovely and had a great vibe about it so I decided to schedule a tattoo appt here to get a little MJ piece. Unfortunately, I didn't have that same amazing experience. During our email communication, I was told that the piece would only take an hour and that the artists hourly rate was $200. The tattoo only ended up taking 30 minutes but when I went to checkout, the artist rang me up for $250 on a design that wasn't modified at all from a web search I did. I'm all for paying for skills and years of service but I was really thrown off that the total was different than discussed previously. I brought that up and she changed it back to $200 but I thought that was a very weird thing to do. Overall, I'd return for piercings, if I wanted more, but I don't think I'd return for a tattoo.

I truly appreciate the knowledge. We learned that one of my friends has a slightly deviated septum, while another has one ear that would best fit a rook piercing, but all three of us agreed that this experience with Meagan was a 10/10 experience. After experiencing the aftercare from my septum with another piercing, I'll definitely be back if I'm looking for any other piercings. Just be mindful of the limited parking--it is Westheimer after all!

Their customer service was really great, and the actual piercer was really cool. It was a very quick and efficient experience. They also have really beautiful jewelry options that are high quality. My friend often has really bad reactions to piercing jewelry and has had no issue with the jewelry at 713. They're pricing is very good too. I'd highly recommend. Also note, the girl who checked us in let us know that the best time to get piercings with shorter wait times is around noon. But either way, I'd recommend coming here even if you have to wait because it's just a pleasant experience.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. I scheduled my appointment directly with Moe and he kept in constant communication up until the day of the appointment. Yes the place is very laid back and provides a very chill calm environment but it's also very clean and accommodating to everyone that walks thru the door. Can I mention how clean and cool the bathroom is? Listen women look at these things it's in our DNA sorry. That being said, because we were a group of 5 women (some nervous some excited all very talkative individuals) it definitely took a while for Moe to get to everyone yet at no point did he show any signs of frustration with us or acted like he was trying to rush us out the door. Moe took his time and did absolutely beautiful and clean work. He freehanded several of the tattoos to the liking of each of us. Oh and he also made sure we had water and snacks while we were there. I don't know about you, but I can say with complete and absolute certainty that this certainly not the typical tattoo shop that I've been to. Good service is a rare find these days so when you find it...you keep it. These people that are complaining about losing deposits...I'm not sure if they understand the concept of deposits but reading their complaints makes no sense...deposits protect the business from people booking appointments and not showing up...if the artist tried to accommodate them at a later time and they still didn't wish to schedule their appointment then that's on them. Well, I tried numerous times and I am extremely disappointed I have been completely ignored. You can read my previous review, and this was the reason we returned. The experience and work we received on our visit 2/2/2023 was horrible. I have uploaded photos, which I also sent to BK hoping for some response or willingness to make it right. Total cost ended at $3,400!! If the work reflected the "top artist" work we were promised, I would not blink an eye having to pay that. However, pictures will show the work provided was subpar and did not follow stencils and pictures properly. How we have been treated after spending that type of money and traveling across the states does not reflect the "family" aspect portrayed through their social media everyday. Very disappointed and I will no longer be referring friends/family here.
