I had the incorrect box , no warranty card...nothing. This was a gift and would be embarrassing to give in Bulova box with no paperwork. I contacted Zales and was told "I would have to go to a store to try and get a correct box and that paperwork was now digital" Weird, I have many Citizen's eco drive watches of my own , all with the correct box and paperwork from the jeweler. Needless to say , never again! I will go to my local jeweler next time.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!…read more As soon as I stepped in to this boutique when it opened up its AC location, I knew I would frequent the place. The decor is unreal. Not to mention it's all done by the owners!!! Not an interior designer! Big props. Every time I go in I always see a new display in the store that is so crafty and unique. They use old rehabilitated doors as jewelry stands/displays, an old fence with the store name displayed, and even bohemian "chandeliers" throughout the store. Also with a touch of a sitting area with vogue magazines mixed with sports illustrated magazines so the husbands can let a girl shop! It's so home-y, I could definitely live there! The owners are two sisters from the local area. They are also the nicest girls and would sell the shirt off their back to someone if they wanted it. Every time I've been in the store I've seen the sisters getting to know their customers, and even will do a personal re-order if something is sold out! Lisa, the one sister, even makes jewelry for the store. Think natural elements, crystals, and druzy stones! The even better thing is if you can think it, she can make it! Yes ladies! Custom hand made jewelry on the spot! I could go on about this store for ever. I HIGHLY recommend it. The price points are insanely low, with the passion and dedication insanely high. Definitely a destination while in AC!

My time at Dolled Up was fabulous! I brought in some clothes of mine and got a small bit of cash; which, of course, went right back in Dolled Up's cash register! They have such cute stuff in there!! I got an amazing spring color-blocked H&M dress, a pair of HUNTER flats, a cardigan, two Victoria's Secret t-shirts and a Tommy Hilfiger shirt for $26.00. Awesome. I will definitely be returning!

First of all, the guy is so unorganized.. he was tossing my clothes in and on top of a bunch of other clothes from the store. The ones he didn't want he threw them all back into the bag like they were trash. He didn't even look at all of my items, he took them out of the bag, didn't even unfold it and tossed it back into the bag. They're cheap.. good quality clothing they give you next to nothing for. You'll never get more than $25 out of them for a big selection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry. Don't understand their criteria for choosing the items they want to buy from you, they'll pass on a great pair of shoes but you'll turn around and see a pair of old and crusty heels for sale there.

Unfortunately, those earrings had sold out on Shop Local day. The earrings came out perfectly and my wife loves them! Communications along the way was perfect. The price was very reasonable. You can easily tell that George & Irma truly enjoy providing custom jewelry that meets the buyer's vision. The earring were not expensive, but I feel that I received the same attention & care as if I was purchasing a 2 carat engagement ring. I can't emphasize enough what a great experience I had!
